The pictures are misleading. The room and the bathroom were not clean enough. The room was dark, noisy and you could hear the elevator and your neighbors at night. The location was strategical located in the middle of Recoleta. The service was just ok.

only stayed a couple of nights but a really nice hotel. quiet and just around the corner from the famous recoleta cemetary. room was very large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. and had no problem with comfort. only thing is most hotels, including this one, do not have tea or coffee making facilities in the room. wifi was... Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The entrance is nice; there is a small sitting area and then the front desk. There is always one man who is located just inside the front door (perhaps security of some type as this person never spoke with anyone just observed everyone). I found the hotel staff to be quite kind... More

When other hotels in BA in high season (January) were fully booked this hotel was half empty. During some heavy rain there was water leaking into my room from the ceiling even though I wasn't staying at the upper floor. Didn't bother to complain. I had already complained twice. First about the lack of WiFI (which was eventually fixed after... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a university international experience. I have a mixed review for this hotel for several reasons. The check-in was quick and efficient but the staff weren't as friendly as can be found in other places. The room was very spacious and clean, but we were in Buenos Aires during the winter so... The hotel is dirty, the fitness room smelled, the outdoor sitting area in the suites are separated by a plastic divider .. you can see and hear your neighbors. They oversee a light well. The photos have nothing to do with the reality. Find another place. And the jazz bar does not exist.

Lovely down town hotel in great location. We stayed here twice and really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all very friendly. Close to Recoleta cemetery and lots of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of Pelermo district. Breakfast included. PS - at time of writing, the cover photo for the hotel, in tripadvisor, is not this hotel, -... More

The hotel is located in residential area away from downtown, near a major street with lots of shops of all kinds (including restaurants) and with busy bus routes, but there are no underground stations nearby. The hotel itself looks like it was built in the 1960s, it has a reasonably sized reception area and a small dining area. The room... More

The Hotel is based in a quite busy aerea of Bs.As, but in a backstreet so the ambient was good for sleeping. The view from our room was non-existing, since we saw directly in to another building. The elevators were old, as the building itself, and we therefore choose to use the stairs. The staff was very helpfull and kind,... More

The website and the brochures from this hotel make it look much more luxurious than it actually is. However, it is a clean, comfortable place to stay and in a good neighborhood. Check out their website at (---) The rooms have air-conditioning, but you must call the front desk to have it turned on and off -- there's no thermostat.... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
