We brought 150 people down for an event and booked out most of the property. I was truly impressed by the service and the attention to detail by all of the staff. We had 3 minor room issues and called down for service, an individual was at our door within minutes to remedy it. It felt like they knew our... More

This is not a Four seasons it is a trap with bad intention manager. The hotel hás changed a lot. If you like a night club at the lobby with High volume techno músic plus people drunk in the main lobby so this will be the best in buenos Aires. They also did not honour three month suítes tower reservations.... More

Just a fabulous week with the family over the Easter Break! Effortless class is how to sum it up. Attractive. Super comfortable. Just the right amount of attentiveness. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. The barbecue in the gazebo, burgers in the Pony Bar, and dining in Elena. Beds, towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The art of taking care of people.... More

I would hesitate to stay anywhere else. Everyone we came in contact with were the perfect mix of professional and familiar. Always happy to see us and welcome us back to the hotel. In particular the folks in the Pony Line made our visit. Actually running after us as we left to say goodbye!

PonyLine is awesome and eclectic. Elena is delicious and unique. Cielo Spa and Fitness Areas are better than most hotels in B.A.. The hotel rooms look recently renovated and cleaned well. Service what you would expect at a hotel of this type.

Excellent hotel with exceptional attention to detail and service. This is an example of how hotels should be managed . Pool is small but enough loungers with new towels supplied. Food at the restaurant is delicious .

No complaints. Everything hit the spot. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. They greeted us with a bottle of bubbly in our room. Pool area is really great. Room is well designed with everything you could want.

My wife and I spent four nights in a suite in The Mansion. It was a delightful experience! World class accommodations, world class service, but also world class prices, particularly considering the 21% VAT and using the official exchange rate for a credit card charge. Our suite in The Mansion was huge, quiet, and totally private. It was like staying... More

Stayed here for business for 7 nights in February 2015. I have stayed at more than a few Four Seasons. This one was probably my favorite. While the property is Four Seasons perfect, it was the staff that made this hotel so worth the money. Several of my cases of photo equipment did not make my flight upon arrive to... More

Staying in Retiro

Neighborhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighborhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
