5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We had a small party, two couples one individual and booked suites and a large room. All were great! The accommodation was superb, large spacious room and suites which could not have been better. The bar was very, very busy and very loud so not great for conversation but great for cocktails and people watching. The gym was great and... More

Have been in to Buenos Aires 6 times in 10years and have always stayed at The Plaza. This trip I stayed at The Four Seasons Buenos Aires for a week and must say the service from every department has just been amazing! The accommodations are stunning and so gorgeous giving you a true feeling of Argentina. The rooms are just... More

I stayed at the Mansion. I had a great time. The concierge & the reception as well as House keeping & Room service were great. The only problem the Hotel has is the door men. I hope they get them to behave like all the others in New York, Paris, & London Four seasons hotels. The ones in Buenos Aires... More

i loved the old version of this hotel but the facelift--and let's leave your choice of style or sense of decor aside--gave this hotel everything it needed to remain among the top-rated hotels in South America. The restaurants and lobby were the biggest beneficiaries of the new capital deployed; the menus are modern, diverse, and frankly on par with any... More

Stayed three nights August 2015. Good location for sight seeing in BA. Most popular tourist sights are within walking distance, or a short taxi ride away. Service is impeccable. Concierge team is outstanding. Spacious, and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Awesome shower pressure, well appointed bathroom. Safe location. Good dining options within walking distance. Skip the breakfast if you have to... More

We spent 2 nights at the hotel the room was lovely and the service was excellent. My only trouble with the hotel was that is was overlooking a highway. The windows were soundproof it just was not a pretty view. The Mansion side is a better view but I found the location a little off putting because of that. Otherwise... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires and were completely disappointed. The rooms were old, tired and in need of a major renovation. The place was a Marriott property and Four Seasons took it over. I would not go back. The location is good, and there is a great steakhouse just under the overpass adjacent to the... More

First stay at Four seasons in BA -this is absolutely the best service of any hotel I have stayed at in BA or LATAM for that matter - been traveling throughout LATAM for over 20 years. What separates this hotel form other luxury hotels is the service. They make you feel as if your are the most important guest at... More

My wife and I are natives to Buenos Aires and went back to spend some time with the family. We wouldn't consider another hotel. The service, the rooms, the location and the overall experience was superb. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Staying in Retiro

Neighborhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighborhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
