Magical. Simply magical. What an incredible property. You feel transported back in time to elegance and romance. This hotel has all of the top shelf amenities of a Four Seasons, but the architecture and decor makes you feel like you are part of a movie! Amazing rooms. Large, beautiful, clean, and modern. Magnificent restaurant and bar. Fun, lively, and great... More

Having been to other Four Seasons, I admit to high expectations; unfortunately, this particular hotel/experience was a bit of a disappointment primarily because of comparatively poor service. e.g. Our group of four had (before our arrival) booked a private tour of the city - we were concerned when no one showed up; it turned out the valet had ushered the... In many cases the attraction of world wide hotel chains is the consistency. While individual differences are welcome and inevitable often the deciding factor in the satisfaction of the stay is the quality of service and staff. The Four Seasons in Buenos Aeries has a very strong service ethic. From arrival check in to the staff in the lovely restaurant... More

We stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom suite over looking the mansion and pool and once again the Four Seasons lived up to expectation. Staff were friendly and always helpful, while in Buenos Aires the Recoletta location is a perfect way to get acclimatized with the city. Breakfast at Elena was amazing, and Brunch is a MUST! The pool... More

Stayed at the Four Seasons for 4 nights during a trip with my husbands company. They managed to treat us amazingly well, even though we were travelling with 150 other colleagues. After calling for room service because I was too sick to attend a work dinner, they heard how sick I was and sent tea up for me. Every staff member... More

We brought 150 people down for an event and booked out most of the property. I was truly impressed by the service and the attention to detail by all of the staff. We had 3 minor room issues and called down for service, an individual was at our door within minutes to remedy it. It felt like they knew our... More

This is not a Four seasons it is a trap with bad intention manager. The hotel hás changed a lot. If you like a night club at the lobby with High volume techno músic plus people drunk in the main lobby so this will be the best in buenos Aires. They also did not honour three month suítes tower reservations.... More

Just a fabulous week with the family over the Easter Break! Effortless class is how to sum it up. Attractive. Super comfortable. Just the right amount of attentiveness. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. The barbecue in the gazebo, burgers in the Pony Bar, and dining in Elena. Beds, towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The art of taking care of people.... More

Staying in Retiro

Neighborhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighborhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
