Our third time here in three consecutive years. After staying for four nights in March, we went to Mendoza for four nights. When we returned to the FS, upon exiting the taxi from the airport we were greeted by name by the staff outside the hotel. And by the front desk staff even before we re-registered.This is, surely, the hotel equivalent... more
I simply cannot say how much we loved our stay at these properties. Every single person we came into contact with was highly professional and kind with most staff greeting us by name almost immediately upon arrival. This goes for the chauffeur drivers, doormen, bellmen, maids, front desk staff, concierge, restaurant staff and pool staff. I've simply never stayed at... more
Maybe we are jaded but I knew the rooms would be great. The service stood out most for us here. We enjoyed our room, 7th floor overlooking the pool and mansion out back. The room, as we expected from any Four Seasons was impecable. After seeing other hotels both in our same area and other areas as well traveled through BA,... more
In life you get what you pay for and the Four Seasons is no exception. I’m inclined to agree with previous reviews about it being flawless. The service is so slick with check-in and check-out being a dream. The concierge knows the best places to eat and shop and the doormen are extremely polite. The rooms are extremely luxurious with... more
After a five-day stay in BA, split between the newer Faena + Universe and this Four Seasons, the decision on where to return is a no-brainer. The Four Seasons is breathtaking in its competence. Everything from check-in to check-out was flawless. Yes, the rooms are conventional 5-star luxe but supremely comfortable and impeccably maintained. A request to change the duvet... more
Just returned from my second protracted stay at the superb Four Seasons Buenos Aires. Everything about the hotel -- from the accomodating staff, to the wonderful food at Le Mistral to the top notch spa and gym--is first rate. But the biggest bonus of all in 90 degree BsAs is the swimming pool where an army of attendants spritz you... more
After having stayed at the Marriott Plaza and the Caesar Park, I have to say that this hotel is much better. We got a suite and the room was gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable and the decoration was very classic and appropriate. They also have a great breakfast buffet. The hotel is located in Recoleta, a very nice neighborhood.... more
So, you're staying in a fun, dynamic, beautiful South American city...why stay in the anonymous Four Seasons that could be anywhere from Toronto to Munich? All the "luxury" cliches are there...the big lobby with marble details, the pool with attentive attendants, the spa/gym, the fairly large rooms with double-sink bathrooms/tubs/showers. But, the decor is entirely lacking individuality, and frankly it's... more
An absolutely fantastic hotel where everything works and is faultless. We stayed 3 times during a trip around South America ending the stays upgraded to La Mansion which was a real experience. Each time all staff members new my name and we were treated to the pampering that you expect at a 5* hotel with rates to match. However this... more
