Everything very good. Including staff attention, breakfast, wifi, etc. Only inconvenience is the shower which partially floods bathroom.Well located for our scheduled activities. Nearby transportation to everywhere.

Unique Hotel Network is a complete scam and here is why: - The pictures are fake, as everything else in this hotel is fake, from art on the wall to smiles. They smile gently while the rip you off. - Almost everyone we met had been relocated, you never get the location you booked. - They "forget" you booked by... More

This hotel is rated as 4 star and it was dreadul. The hotel was very delapidated. The shower head broken , worn out bath towels and dirty rooms. The breakfast was disgusting old and very limited. Totally disorganised at the reception desk. Dont waste your money by even thinking you would enjoy your self there. The lift is always nver... More

The location is perfect, right in the middle of B.A. most charming "barrio", Recoleta. What a lovely place, full of small treasures to find and wonderful long walks to take. However, and there is always a however the hotel has its ups and downs. UPS 1) The staff is attentive and polite, always there to help you. 2) It is... More

The hotel is just ideal for seeing the city. Within Walking distance of the beautiful shops and cafés, the Recoleta, The Casa Rosada and some great restaurants. The staff have some superb tips and have your safety and security in mind at all times. Loved it!

A small hotel in the area of la Recoleta,it does have its needs, specially when it comes to décor. One of the limitations is that the only service offered is breakfast , but not to worry there are plenty of excellent Cafes in the area for a fraction of what you pay for a very basic staple. The rooms where... More

We stayed there a total of four nights. Two nights were when we arrived and the other two were when we returned from our Iguazu trip. We had a different room when we returned, and our family had a separate room. None of them looked like any of the pictures I've seen. I didn't book the rooms, but was told... More

Poor breakfast, the light on our apartment went down 3 times with no resonable explanation, they don't change the towels ...only put them on a pretty way when you leave. The bed was dirt too... The elevator could be the same on Dracula's house too... It's terrible and shakes a lot, in a very noisy way! DEFINETELY NOT RECOMENDED!

I have been 3 times in this hotel. Behind the sumptuous entrance where the breakfast is served theres a corridor that leads to the old and noisy elevators. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet from the outside noise, but have poor sound isolation between guests. If you have educated neighbours you will be fine, otherwise can be a Nightmare... More

The hotel itself is old but in good conditions. The elevator is small and noisy, the same with the air conditioner. You can't sleep until everyone in your floor does too because everything can be heard. Still, the location is good and the staff is kind. However, the worst part is the breakfast. They don't even have ham and cheese,... More

Staying in Retiro

Neighborhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighborhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
