Poor breakfast, the light on our apartment went down 3 times with no resonable explanation, they don't change the towels ...only put them on a pretty way when you leave. The bed was dirt too... The elevator could be the same on Dracula's house too... It's terrible and shakes a lot, in a very noisy way! DEFINETELY NOT RECOMENDED!

I have been 3 times in this hotel. Behind the sumptuous entrance where the breakfast is served theres a corridor that leads to the old and noisy elevators. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet from the outside noise, but have poor sound isolation between guests. If you have educated neighbours you will be fine, otherwise can be a Nightmare... More

The hotel itself is old but in good conditions. The elevator is small and noisy, the same with the air conditioner. You can't sleep until everyone in your floor does too because everything can be heard. Still, the location is good and the staff is kind. However, the worst part is the breakfast. They don't even have ham and cheese,... More

I rented a room on the Park Chateau Unique Hotel to spend the Saint Valentines night with my fiance. When we arrived to the room we couldn't breath of the smell of paint in the room, it looks like the place was recently re painted. We had to complain with the front desk and ask for a room change, the... More

We stayed here for almost a week. We were given the suite (room 801) which had a sitting area and was very spacious. The air conditioning did struggle a little, but we were there in a heat wave. The staff at the desk were very friendly, although some friendlier than others. It's 2 blocks from Santa Fe ave and about... More

Overall it was an unpleasant stay. We arrived late evening and were very tired. The reception told us they had overbooked their rooms and would have to place us in another hotel "nearby." We had chosen this hotel primarily for the location, in the center of Recoleta neighborhood. They moved us 12-15 blocks away to a sister hotel, though very... More

Just look at the pic, it is the side of the hotel, horrible noises from those rusty ACs.imagine what is like behind, the waythey clean and care????? they only show you the lobby but that is not where you sleep, if you want a clean place think twice...

A nice low cost hotel to stay in Recoleta. Very close from the subte and not far from Calle Florida. The rooms has plenty space, nice bed, awesome bathtub to relax after a day of shopping. I recommend!

I chose this hotel because a good stay I had a couple of years before. Last they were renovating and now, they are still renovating!!. Dont go any further, this is not a good hotel despite its good location.

We stayed on two seperate occasions over the last few weeks and it's fair to say that we were pretty underwhelmed. The lobby is superb but thats where it stops I'm afraid. There are four rooms and a lift on each floor which is pretty noisy combination. I had a few disturbed nights when guests came back in the early... More
