this is th place not to be if you have stay in BUENOS AIRES despite is localisation, in the center, they don't do what they say and don't say what they do. if you make reservation they send you in an other hotel, with a ridiculous compensation. the breakfast is awful (especialy the ham, directly issued from a petroleum factory) more

Horrible experience. In fact people from Argentina thinks they are the European people from Sout America. They have no education at all. I booked this hotel via Hotels. I have stayed at other Kempinski hotels in Europe and have found them to be luxury hotels. This hotel HARDLY qualifies in this category.
