Our room was on the 18th floor, facing the street. I was afraid we would hear the traffic, but nothing. Our room was directly across from the elevators and we didn't hear them either. The room was CLEAN and really nice. I would definitely stay here again. Since this was the first time we were in Buenos Aires, our room... More

While the location is great, right next to shopping center, the rooms are small. The staff here is very friendly but don't follow up on requests. They were nice but never followed up on problems with room. Sheraton Convention Center is not far away from the Libertador and has larger rooms and nice workout area.

The driver who the hotel organised walked in front of me as I pushed my luggage out of the airport terminal. We got up to 135 K/hr in a 80 zone. He chatted on his mobile phone’ and tailgated. The low oil light was on for the entire trip. See photos’. The Hotel’s Club Sandwich was fatty and revolting. See... More

... from our room looking out over the Buenos Aires skyline : there was a little oasis of a garden tacked behind one of the business addresses on the adjacent block, that was a breath of fresh air in a solid city landscape. This hotel is located next to the business area. The main retail district is just a city... More

This is a decent enough hotel, but pretty basic. It's in good location. Staff are helpful. The room was fine, but that's about all that can be said. I was on the 6th floor, street side. There was s little noise from the traffic, but not that big of a deal. Internet doesn't always work and is slow. 120 pesos... More

Stayed at club floor to avail club facility but of no use. Afternoon no service at the lounge. No food. Just tea, coffee machine and one juice is there. Rooms - Nice with good bed. Accessories - No tea, milk in room. Bathroom - Hot Water takes time in tap. Seems faulty system of faucets. Even change to cold, it... More

Many nice things about this hotel. Located in the city center, clean. Service was good, except there were some discrepancies between what the representatives at the front desk told us and what they charged us. Eventually it all worked out, but just a bit of hassle. Good breakfast, nice glass covered rooftop pool.

I just switched over from IHG to SPG recently and this was my first time staying at the Sheraton Libertador. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
