I treated mother to a vacation- we both liked this hotel. The decor was beautiful. I found the staff very helpful. Most spoke English; none were rude about my attempts to speak Spanish. Our sink backed up- within 5 min of notifying the front desk, a maintenance person was there and corrected the problem. I would certainly stay here again. More

We stayed here for four days before heading further southand then one additional day on our way back to the states. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location, good staff, nice public areas. However you do have to sleep there, and the rooms are kinda dumpy. Needs some TLC. The bathrooms were nice though. And the breakfast was quite good. I am not sure why others complained about it. More
