Beautifully and tastefully restored Art Nouveau hotel from Buenos Aires Golden age. Beautiful bar and fixtures. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with all your needs. The buffet breakfast is quite good with a nice variety of items. Highly recommended atmospheric hotel to give you that proper sense of beauty and nostalgia when in Buenos Aires! My one complaint... The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English well. We got access to our room as soon as we arrived from our overnight flight from the USA. We stayed in July, which meant it was not too busy and had a good room with small balcony overlooking Callao Street. Room was clean and well maintained throughout the week. Loved the... More

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The customer service was good, he room was clean, and the rate was reasonable. The only thing I did not like is that the hotel charged extra for Internet service, which is really annoying. These days, even most three-star hotels provide free wifi. Also, the Savoy is located in the downtown area, where there... More

Upon stepping foot inside this hotel, I was immediately impressed and felt I got more for what I spent fort his hotel. The lobby was immaculate with a contemporary and elegant decor. I felt as though I walked into a modern day palace. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. We were supposed to have arrived one day earlier, but... More

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, chose it after reading the reviews but was disappointed with stay. Staff were not helpful or friendly, the rooms were dark and small with no view. Ordered room service once and they left a plate of burnt sandwiches without a tray or cutlery! no Wi fi in the room only in the lobby... More

Very good hotel. Booked as part of a package so not sure what we paid. The breakfast was not British if you are looking for bacon eggs, but excellent with lots of choice and available up to 11 am if you need a lie in. Comfortable beds and pillows, bedroom a little small and made to look smaller by black... More

This terrific old restored hotel in the center of town was perfect for us. It was convenient to the subway and it is only a couple of blocks from Av Corrientes and a stroll to the Obelisk. It may not be a new modern US hotel - but it puts you in touch with the past and present business community... More

The lobby is inviting; the room was large and comfortable; the breakfast was great; the place is spotless; the staff was very helpful and internet was lightening fast. The location is not quite as good as the MicroCenter. And a $6.00 charge for internet was a bit annoying.

The hotel staff was both friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to Iguazu Falls after we stayed 3 nights and return to spend one last night in Buenos Aires. They are close to a good area with lots of restaurants, local ships and pizza restaurants are all close by. The room was adequate... More

The building is Art Nouveau and is very well preserved. The main room, not to loose, is the bar, next to the reception. The bedrooms are very modern keeping the high ceilings. Very good and spacious bathroom. Excellent breakfast. It is located close to the Congresso , in Callao Avenue, and at a walking distance from the main theaters, in... More
