I must admit, for the price I was blown away at what I got for my money. The room was better than expected. About the size of a ship cabin, very clean, and functional. The location was great. Lots of restaurants around and Congress was only 2 blocks away where we had a free tour. The front desk was always... more

I have just returned from my trip to Buenos Aires. We have stayed at Ibis for 4 nights and although the hotel amenities and facilities are ok (clean and tidy) the staff is reckless. At the very end of our stay, I placed my camera (an SLR) and my things on the counter to help one of the staff with... more

We have stayed at the Ibis for five nights. It was what I expected: a characterless hotel, but with all the basic things needed. And for that price (178 pesos) you cannot go wrong. Ask for a room with a view. The location (Congreso) is perfect. We especially liked the terrases next door at the square where you can sit... more

This was the second hotel my boyfriend and I stayed in during our visit to Buenos Aires and we stayed in it for 4 nights. We've stayed in a number of Ibis hotels in Europe and this was just like the others. It provided us with a basic, clean room in a good location and it was very reasonably priced,... more

Overall rating: 1½ stars (out of 5) We checked into the Hotel Ibis, Buenos Aires on 2/18/08. Radio taxi from the airport cost us about $30. Hotel check-in was a breeze even at 10:30am when we arrived from EZE. The hotel lobby was clean but not particularly lovely in any respect. Our superior room (nothing superior about this room) was... more

Clean, good location. Room not so spacious, breakfast ok. Beds could be better. Front desk staff depends of your luck: some are kind and helpful, others not so much. For one or two nights and if your a type of tourist that leaves the hotel very early in the morning and comes back just to take a shower and sleep,... more

We stayed at the Ibis for 5 nights. The location is really central and you can walk almost everywhere. The metro station is almost on the doorstep. Apart from that we were a little dissapointed...the staff weren't particularly helpful, the breakfast was very average (pastries, juice, coffee on plastic plates and not much else). Safety deposit boxes are at reception... more

My wife and I stayed at the Ibis Bs As for seven nights and we were very happy with the hotel. The hotel has a convenient location right on the Microcentro area, lots of restaurants and cafes around, if you wanna walk San Telmo, Puerto Madero and Calle Florida shopping areas aren't that far away. For Recoleta and Palermo you... more

We stayed for 2 nights. The booking was ok, but when we entered the room, the bad didn´t have a mattress... so they had to change the room. The service was very disappointing; no attention to the customers at all. And I'm still waiting for Accor to credit my points in their fidelity program, but they keep telling me that... more

I been before at this chain hotel, and in my recent trip to south america i tried again this hotel, just to be amazed by how quick they are with the check in, with all your requirements, etc. This is what i call a smart hotel. and not to talk about the price, in this case 50 dollars, expensive compared... more
