The hotel was centrally located a the corner of Calle Florida and Plaza San Martin. We were upgraded to the Jr. suite since the regular room was not available. The room was quite nice with 2 separate rooms (Bedroom and living area). Bed was VERY comfortable. Downside was that the window looked into an enclosed interior courtyard. Very little light.... more

We were here for three nights at the end of a 3-week trip. The central location is excellent, at the top of Calle Florida. Room service was expensive, but food was good, and was delivered at time promised. One warning - it's an old hotel, and is horrid for anyone handicapped or with mobility problems.
