Oh, where to begin? The 20 minute wait for check in service that resulted in a two-hour wait for a room? The surly service at the desk EVERY TIME I WENT THERE? The lack of towels in my room? The stopped-up toilet? I was here on business, joined by my husband who arrived a day later. I left a key... more

I'm a little late writing this review but I'm sure things at this hotel have not changed. As a previous reviewer said, the hotel puts on a very "polished facade" but when you look closely you can see how dirty, neglected and old everything is. In total we stayed in 3 different rooms (stayed there before and after our trip... more

The breakfast was great, but apart from that, I didn't find this hotel very appealing. It is a typical business/tour hotel and of you are in Buenos Aires for pleasure -- stay in Palermo Soho! more

A lot of non-guests come to admire the views from the 23rd floor pool area, which I must say was great and we had a lot of fun lounging up there having a few drinks. Although it's a tough task to find somewhere to sit/lie down. I stayed here with 3 other friends (all aged 26-32) whilst holidaying and we... more

I was booked here through Hurtigruten spending 2 nights here on the way to an Antarctic cruise and returning. The first stay was in near 100 degree weather and the return was cooler but still reaching the 90s. I was surprised that although we arrived in the morning on both occasions, our rooms were ready and we were checked in... more

I'm a regular traveler and I stayed in this hotel during one of my trips to Buenos Aires....the WORSE experience so far in terms of hotels. Here is the summary of my experience: - First night, I found a tick on my bed. I called reception to talk about the incident and they sent me a bell boy to "kill"... more

Do Not Stay Here. That is as simple as I can put it. The hotel puts on a polished facade when you come through the door, and the location is very good for sightseeing. BUT...when you actually have to go to your room or eat breakfast there, that is when you see that you should have stayed at the Sheraton,... more

My family and I are going to BA (three girls ages 10, 8 and 4). I spoke with the hotel directly and twice was told to call back on a different day to make a reservation. The third time, I said I was told to call back at that time and wanted to make the reservation right then. (The reason... more
