I stayed here on a work trip. Meetings were in the hotel and the meeting rooms were nice. I found the hotel staff very helpful. The hotel room was a bit small with a full size bed. I struggled a lot with the getting the lights off at night and the water off in the shower. The bed was comfortable... More

For our first trip to Buenos Aires, hotel was very centrally located, easily accessible to public transportation and within walking distance to many great historical locations. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Service was a little spotty for quality of hotel but breakfast very good.

We stayed at the Panamericano while traveling in Argentina. The hotel did not disappoint us and was actually wonderful. From the hotel lobby to the restaurants and rooms were very impressive and quite a reasonable rate as well. The real highlight of the stay was the front desk/concierge gentleman named Ariel Mantelman. Ariel went far and above his job to... More

I was in Buenos Aires on business and someone else had made my hotel reservations. So I had no idea what to expect when we arrived at the PanAmericana. The exterior was worn, very "old world" and in a very populated and busy neighborhood. Upon entering the lobby, I was blown away by the beauty, staff and overall warm feel... More

We stayed in January, 2015 for one night when our flight back to the US was cancelled. I was expecting something not pleasant but United did well by us! This hotel is absolutely lovely. We were supposed to just get a single room but after a nice conversation with the manager we received a lovely room on a higher floor.... More

We are all very concerned to know about your experience with the room smelling bad (cigarettes), regrettably in Argentina are still smoking room and no smoking room. It was a pitty you did not ask to the front desk to make the inmediate change. We hope to welcome in a next future for offering you a room a quiet room. More

This wonderful hotel is an institution in Buenos-Aires and has succeeded in staying at the top for so many years. There is a grand entrance on Pellegrini street which is easy for loading or unloading from a taxi. Taxis will always be easy to find in this part and the lobbyman will find one for you even at difficult times,... More

I have been here 4 nights while on a business trip; the hotel has a great old style entrance and lobby, rooms are ok, A/C is controlled by the reception, so to set the temp you must call them and they do remotely. The best part is the pool at the top of the north tower. The view cannot be... More

Stayed here for a few nights last November. First and foremost, great location. Walk out the front door and head any direction and you can find anything. It's right in the middle of it all.
