My husband and I went after visiting His family in Tucuman, Argentina. We decided to stay here after searching for a good location since everything is a lil far we wanted a place that we could walk around and have breakfast before starting our day. They only thing that I could say AMAZING! Our flight arrived really early so we... More

The apartments are located in a good location, in palermo soho. It is also in walking distance of subway station Plaza Italia and Palermo. The apartments have most/all facilities that you need, to make your own breakfast or dinner (although for the latter I would opt for a nice restaurant in Palermo Soho ;) During the day (after 10:00?) there... I stayed 7 nights and found this no frills apartment quite adequate. I would suggest taking your own toileteries, teabags etc as there are no extras provided as it is not a hotel. The room was serviced twice during my stay. Be aware that reception desk is often unstaffed and contact was only achieved by email (this can take time).... More

I found this hotel on Air BNB and I must say I got the most for my money in location and comfort during my three week stay in Buenos Aires (BA). The location is in Palermo, one of BA's most sophisticated neighbors with cafes, restaurants, bars, and other amenities you might not find in the average neighbor (e.g. salons). The... More

We stayed for a week here in August and it was just what we needed - right in the heart of Palermo for all the action, close enough to the underground to reach other parts of the city, spacious, clean, great for a good night sleep and with a kitchen to make breakfast or a quick meal when we were... You did the best description for what we want to offer to our guest "in the heart of Palermo for all the action, close enough to the underground to reach other parts of the city, spacious, clean, great for a good night sleep and with a kitchen to make breakfast or a quick meal when we were in. It feels... More

We stayed in this apartment for five days over New Years 2013. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a small balcony overlooking a nice tree lined street in Palermo and dark black out blinds so we got a great sleep in. Palermo is fantastic and a perfect neighbourhood to stay in. The apartment was pricey but... More

here i'm for the first time in Buenos Aires and after staying at this apartment i Will recommend it to everybody. There is no need to stay at big hotel because in this place you have everything. It is in very good neighborhood so you can go for shopping or make a reservation in nice restaurant. There is a metro&bus... More

This apartment had everything I needed for a 10-day stay. The kitchenette appears to be sparsely furnished, but actually has everything one needs, including a microwave, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, normal size fridge and two-plate stove. The complimentary bathroom toiletries are quite sparse, and consisted of two small bars of soap and less than a full roll of loo paper... More

We stayed in a nice apartment in a good location in Palermo. It was a better value than staying in a hotel. Because it's an apartment building, rather than a hotel, they do not have full-time front desk staff; you need to make an appointment to check in or check out. The heat didn't work in our room; when we... More

Lovely, clean, new apartments. The room for "4 people" was probably more for three- a studio apartment, though spacious, had a king size bed, a rollaway single bed and a couch. Great location- quiet tree lined street in the middle of Palermo. Staff speak limited english but are helpful. Was a fantastic, luxurious place to stay, and for the four... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
