I've stayed at Terrazas de Uriarte apartments for 12 nights and selected the executive room. The good part was that all my requests were dealt with quickly by very excellent staff. Location is also good, short walk to the restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy, room was spacious & well arranged. The worse part was the cleanliness. Apartment gets cleaned... More

The apartament was new and really nicely furnished. I spent three days and enjoyed, very safe and silent area, may be too silent, infact after 21 everything is closed, so I would not go back, but just for the location.

POSITIVES Apartment was light and spacious, and quite comfortable. Well equipped, and with the exception of the bathroom, clean. High level of security- four locks from the front door to apartment entry. Dario was friendly and helpful when we checked in, and checked out. NEGATIVES We only saw Dario on one other occasion, briefly, apart from check in and checkout.... More

If you don't have $700/nite to stay at the four seasons, this is an amazing option. My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 139/nite. Dario is incredible!! He spent an hour with us during our initial greeting and made sure that we were comfortable. He booked all of our excursions and made sure that we were comfortable during... More

Terrazas was a great way to start our trip in Argentina. The property manager, Dario was extremely attentive and helpful at all hours of the night. We had slight issues with the air conditioner and the washing machine. Both issues were promptly address. Watching hundreds of fireworks shows on the roof on NYE wasn't half bad either. :)

My husband, another couple, and I stayed here twice during our month in Argentina, and I cannot praise the service and quality of this apartment enough. The manager, Dario, and his staff are ever helpful and attentive. The apartments are all decorated in a different manner, each one exceedingly comfortable and classy with good beds, clean linens, and best of... More

My wife and I went to Terrazas de Uriarte for a 9 days holidays. It was a great decision to stay there. It is a by no means a hotel, so do not expect any kind of fancy front desk, amenities or services. It is a flat building, well decorated, with good showers, wi-fi, cable tv in a very nice... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
