The chose of staying in this hotel for our last night in Bs As was an excellent decision!! From the moment of the booking the communication was perfect, they offered us even some extra services to make easier our stay even prior to our check in date. We loved the design of the hotel in every stay: reception, library, restaurant,... More

The room was huge and comfy . You will have to pay the 21 tax on your booking not like Chile where you don't pay 19% if you a foreigner . The area feels safe as you have one police in every second corner . Area is clean and lots of nice restaurants .

The hotel is not large, but the rooms are!! The staff is refreshingly helpful and understanding. Breakfast is very good and we recommend the hotel to all. 'The location was ideal for us - close to many places and as walkers we reached the highlights in 1/2 hour.

We stayed two nights at Mio. Overall an excellent experience. Attentive service throughout. Good location and quiet but close to everything. Excellent meal in the restaurant although it was very quiet on a Wednesday night. The breakfast was included and very reasonable.

GREAT hotel with even better staff. Francisco was fantastic getting us transportation, recommendations, and reservations even before we arrived. And then the near catastrophe: the airline lost our bags, and we were going to end up departing for a cruise to Antarctica in 48 hours in little more than shorts and T shirts. Francisco and Juan were both unbelievably helpful,... More

We stayed in MIO for a week, the location is perfect on the Recoleta, a few blocks from the Pilar Church, local restaurants, the famous hotel Alvear and the mall. The staff is incredible, always willing to help us with tips around the city and our dinner reservations. Two thumbs up for Franco and Francisco at the front desk. The... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location, certainly one of the nicer parts of town. Room was large, the bath was amazing, bed and pillows were comfy, service exceptional.. cannot fault one thing about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

stayed at the dazzler hotel recoleta which was no way to stay. Moved for three nights to a fantastic room at Mio. The room was great, as well the whole hotel. Breakfast could have had maybe a bigger range, but all hot dishes are prepared on the spot which is great. the concierge was fantastic in organizing our dinner tables... More

cool spot. beautiful, modern design, large rooms, great breakfast. my fav hotel i found in buenos aires. it's new, functional, great staff, great location. i highly recommend. only note, the bathroom in the room is a little too modern in that the door is a swivel glass door - it doesn't completely close so there's not that much privacy if... Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
