If it weren't for the location of this apart-hotel, we would have moved hotels after our second night. The reception desk is staffed from 9am-4pm (Mon-Sat) and if you want or need anything at any other time, good luck. The rooms are spacious with living area and kitchenette, however we were on the bottom/ground floor next to security and it... More

We stayed here on a sunday and monday night, the room do not get me wrong is great, big, clean and more than expected. However, the customer service was non-existent, we arrived at 1pm and were welcomed by security telling us in spanish that we couldn't check in until 3pm. We arrived back at 3pm, the security gave us a key... More

The apartments on the back are quiet. Wifi is not functional/ really poor and in&out. They need renovation, cleaning, and repairs. Shower, hot water great in the bath room but lighting awful. Lighting is poor in apt. Kitchen is limited and only 4 glasses. Micro wave fine. Terrace dirty. Cleaning staff minimally attentive. Noisy people with parties aren't controlled. Elevator... More

This was recommended to us and after 5 days at conference staying in a hotel in the main city, we were so pleased and surprised by how lovely the location was. Loved roaming streets and felt safe. Apartment clean and modern and comfortable. Excellent stay.

The rooms are large and having the small Kitchen with a ref is a huge plus. The front desk and cleaning are adequate but could be improved. Since these are apartments you are responsible for some of the cleaning. The location is fantastic and close to major road and things to do. We have stayed there twice and I would... More

Really great deal in Recoleta, the hotel is very clean and apartments are quite large and stylishly decorated. Location is best feature its walking distance to just about everything. Only issue I had was that the reception desk closes at 4pm for some reason. My flight coming in from Sao Paulo had been delayed and when I arrived at the... More

The location of the place is pretty good at Recoleta within walking distance of metro points and major thoroughfares; but the service could definitely be better! first day - i reported my AC broken (not heating) but they could not send in a repairman till next day! of course my request for another room elicited the usual response- "all other... this was by far the worst hotel experience i've ever had. 1-there is a constant, disgusting smell in the apartment, no matter how long you keep the windows open, it never goes away. 2-if you will visit buenos aires in winter and stay at this hotel, be prepared to freeze at nights. they have an a/c and even if you... If you're looking for good price with great benefits, this is the place. The apartment is roomy and fully eqquiped, located in a great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and attractions. The building is modern and well kept. Although it not literally a hotel but rather an apart-hotel, with room service just 1x or 2x a week, a just love it!

This hotel provides great value if you're not looking for the feeling of being "catered to" or pampered. The towels are very old, no bathroom amenities, the beds are quite thin and the sheets have been washed but show age stains. We stayed on the 5th floor, and apparently, the housekeepers gathered in a Room across ours every morning and... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
