The hotel is located in microcentro of capital federal. The location is strategic when you just want to move by foot from one attraction to the other in downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ask for the rooms in the lower floors as some of the rooms in the upper part of the building has humidity and mold issues.... More

It`s the second time that I went to this hotel because it has a very good location, great attendance and wide rooms. It`s located one block from Florida, near the money exchange, subway and Puerto Madero. The breakfast is excellent and everyone is very polited and easy to attend. The 2 small issues was the internet at the room that... More

Found location to be excellent but the room although good size and well cleaned had mould on the wall behind the curtain and therefor hard to get rid of smell. Breakfast was average. Staff was attentive but reception area far from looking luxurious.

Despite my initial trepidation about the location (arriving about 10:30pm on a Wed evening with trash overflowing the dumpsters in the street) this hotel turned out to be very nice with great service. As we were going on a cruise for a month, we had 4 large suitcases and a couple of small bags. After filling out the registration form,... More

This hotel is pretty average all round until you want breakfast and then it goes downhill. Most of the hot food was unappetising to look at and the scrambled eggs were quite frankly untouchable. The service was average as was the room. Given the choice I would not stay here again. There must be better hotels in town.

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for 5 nights; its location is very convenient. We easily reached all directions by walking, the Florida Street in one minute, The 9th July Avenue in 5 minutes, Puerto Madero in 10 minutes and the Casa Rosada in 15 minutes. Our room was at the 6th floor (room 604) and facing the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and was well satisfied. The rooms are very well appointed but did suffer from minor maintenance problems that should be picked up with regular checks. The staff were very helpful and organised early breakfast for us due to an early departure on our last day. The hotel is well located with good shopping and restaurants... More

They didn´t have internet available in the rooms. When I arrived asked the reception guy (which was listening to a loud rock music and didn´t low the volume to talk to me) whether internet was available in the rooms and he said yes, that would give the password. Learned from another guest the problem was going for 4 days already.... More

We stayed at galerias based on the good reviews and needed amenities- wifi and air conditioning. However, upon check in neither were working. Add to that a rude front desk staff and in spite of 5+ complaints to the front desk we spent two hot nights without functioning air conditioning in the middle of a hot buenos aires summer. A... More

This hotel is sufficient for people not staying for more than 3 nights. It can get loud at night as the walls are very very thin. The rooms are big though, but they could be a bit cleaner. Calle Florida and the Obelisk are just around the corner which is good for people who like things in walking distance. The... More
