I've made a reservation for this hotel based on its location. But, when I arrived there, the staff told me that my reservation has been "wrongly" done in another hotel of their chain (Palacio San Telmo) due to a "problem in their reservation system". Interesting enough that the reservations of 2 other members of my team were also done wrongly.... More

Hotel looks nice on the fotos. but it old, many things are broken or shabby. Room was small. there was no table, no hair-drier, bathrobe, make-up mirro. Pore disain. Wardrap was awful and smelt mustiness. Staff is unproffecional. they can't order a taxi for time, or make reservation. No room-services are avalible. I can't imagine. how they got 4 stars.

I stayed in a room at the second floor Bedroom does not have any desk; this is not a hotel for business workers Window let the sound from the street in as if you are living in the street; do not forget the ear plugs! Towels are so worn out that there are several holes in it but they are... More

We spent three nights here and the hotel provided everything we could have wished for. The room was clean, light and airy, staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast from the restaurant on the top floor gave a great start to the day. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve. However, the hotel's... More

Not bad if you need nothing but bed overnight. It was designed nicely, but is mainained loosely. Linens ain't fresh with spots, towels are grey and worn out. But I like location - close to Pink House, Puerto Modero and San Telmo.

The hotel is close to restaurants at Puerto Madero and not far from the San Telmo neighborhhod and downtown. Comfortable and clean. Not fancy but well organized and at an economic rate. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Breakfast is OK (with a wonderful view of the city).

I visited Buenos Aires in September and stayed at the "Hotel Madero". This hotel is located in the Puerto Madero district. Just outside the front door of the hotel you can begin a stroll along the water and visit any of the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and deli's that the area has to offer. The hotel itself has a contemporary... More

If you need to be close to Puerto Madero --or even if you don't, but want a good hotel, with a comfy room, good bath and shower, complete breakfast with a beautiful view, this is it. If lucky enough, you'll be greeted by Patricio at the front desk, a most helpful, agreeable, knowledgeable young gentleman who will be ready to... More
