With friendly profissional workers this pearl hotel is far from a lot of atractions in Palermo. You can walk at the streets and feel like a naighboor of the argentin people. Is my third travel passing by awwa, and the same great pleasure to stay on Buenos Aires. It has confortable rooms, privative bath and warm pool with mini- spa... More

I stayed at the AWWA Suites & Spa Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in 2015. I found the place immaculate, spacious, comfortable, attractive with a very helpful staff. The room was lovely, and the floor and furnishings of excellent quality. Emilio at the front desk was so helpful to me on this my first visit to Argentina. I highly recommend... More

If you are looking for a hotel close to several touristic attractions and easy to reach from every point in the city this is your place. Rooms are huge and most include an small kitchen inside. The wifi is free but not so fast. There is a small Chinese supermarket in the same street very convenient for groceries and basic... More

My 4th or 5th stay here. They've always been good. Well maintained, large rooms. Comfortable beds, amenities in the room, etc. and all at a reasonable price. This visit, they especially impressed me after 3 in or party came down with food poisoning, and we had to stay a few extra days. The staff was always available and happy to... More

As usual I start my reviews with a full 5 stars and subtract them where necessary. I travel with a half full glass! My wife and I stayed here in early December of 2015. This was our first stop in BsAs. What a pleasant experience we had with Awwa. From the moment we entered, the staff were attentive, genuine, and... More

My wife and I stayed overnight as AWWA Suites twice - on 13th November and 2nd December 2015. The front desk staff were, on both occasions, extremely polite and very helpful. The rooms that we were allocated were large, very clean and well-appointed. We only had breakfast on one occasion (a very early departure in November meant we had to... More

When you go to an hotel, their target should be make you feel SAFE and COZY However in 48 hours this is some of what I can tell you about: * I asked for lunch a small change in the salad and the cook DENIED me to add the lettuce I asked for * Later that night when we were... More

Great place if one is planning a long time stay. Coffee maker ( don't need to use the coffee bags from the hotel, just across the street is a small supermarket, buy your groceries there). Excellent WIFI ( free). Wonderful front desk personnel. Instead of having breakfast at Mishigene, walk one block to Bella Italia. Argentinian breakfast is just croissants... More

I love the parks in Buenos Aires and this hotel is set just across from the Bosques de Palermo. Its a very nice hotel, the rooms are comfortable but what I love the most is its locations. Just off of Ave de Libertador between Recoleta and Palermo. So easy to get most anywhere. Its walking distance to Paseo Alcorta.

The room was somewhat basic, but it did have a nice terrace with two deck chairs and a kitchenette. Staff were helpful, and allowed me to stay in the same room for the duration of my visit, even though I had two separate bookings, and the second one was for a lower room type. The location is superb... The Zoológico... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
