There are hotels with great service and then there's the service at this very special hotel. We're on our way to Antarctica and, because we'd never been to Buenos Aires before, we spent 4 days in this very interesting city. Staying at this beautiful gem of a hotel was like being a guest in someone's beautiful home with the bonus... More

First impressions count and mine with this hotel were up to the R&C unique standards that I was expecting: instead of the usual counter even on 5* hotels, they had an elegant period desk and personalized check-in service, which was a lovely way of welcoming a guest after a very long flight. From their lush lobby I was in no... More

This hotel has it all. The location is great - right in the heart of Recolleta walking distance to great restaurants and the park. The staff is always ready to serve, with a smile. The rooms are fabulous; ask for the larger rooms and they will give you roll in beds for party of 3 or more in such a... More

My sister and I were lucky enough to have 11 nights in the beautiful boutique hotel, punctuated by 3 nights in Patagonia. Returning after the trip South was like coming home. The staff are beautifully trained, attentive, friendly, well-mannered, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were plentiful and because the hotel only has 10 rooms, one tended to get chatting to... More

Pros - Large with high ceilings. - Large bathroom, very well lit with a steam and rain shower. - Nice decor and extremely comfortable beds. - Service except for the breakfast waiter. - Good location, yet quiet. Con - Spotty wifi. - Poor breakfast: I ordered eggs and it appeared that they had been made in advance: they were cold... More

The expansive room was exquisitely appointed. King size plus bed and soft linens made for a very restful night. Location in plush neighborhood is very amenable for walking to the elegant nearby coffee and pastry shops, as well excellent restaurants.

Doors of endless height, double height ceilings and windows, oversized rooms and bathrooms, the most exquisite and expensive appointments, consummate attention to detail, make u think this is the bedroom u want to build for yourself, this can't be a hotel room. All of this pales in comparison to the grace, down-to-earth warmth and class of the 2 beautiful ladies... More

We just visited Aldogan Mansion for four nights. Although the hotel was in a perfect location and the staff was stellar, our room was missing all artwork; therefore, looking like huge bland space with no personality. When we asked about the missing pictures we were told that the art consultant had them removed. The living room TV did not work... More

We wanted a boutique hotel in the better part of town, and this was the perfect choice! Great rooms, elegant bar and all within walking distance of the important points in Recoleta! Make this your base of operation as you explore the other distinctive neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.
