We stayed here over NYE (2014) and had a fantastic time! A little late in writing this review! We can't say enough about this BnB..we were made very welcome and the guys gave us some fantastic tips! The BnB is in a great location, walking distance to some great little cosy places for eats and drinks! Wonderful breakfast sat outside in... More

The Cabrera Garden is truly a home from home. A very beautiful home with the lovely Robert orchestrating the most wonderful touches. From the immaculate rooms to the fresh flowers and lovely breakfasts he does it all and with such style! Robert was great at providing recommendations and helping us navigate the city. He also took us to the police... More

We have stayed in B&Bs all over the world, and Cabrera Garden is among the most exquisite. Situated in the funky Palermo Hollywood barrio, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, the guest house provides a truly stylish, sophisticated and comfortable retreat from the chaos of Buenos Aires. We felt like we were living the Architecture Digest lifestyle for a... More

No question about it, this guest house is one of my favorites in the world. We have stayed there twice for a week each time and now have stayed in all of the three rooms. This time, we had the Santa Rita suite and never wanted to leave. The hosts, Robert and Norman, are so interesting and hospitable and Roxanna,... More

Cabrera Garden was one of the loveliest places I or my husband have ever stayed in. We stayed there during the last leg of our honeymoon in Argentina and did not want to leave. The house is absolutely beautiful -- gorgeously decorated and completely tranquil. Robert was a lovely host and catered to our every need (and made excellent dinner... More

Oh how sad to reflect that I have been back in London for 3 months but the memory of Cabrera Gardens will be forever etched at the forefront of my mind - I wanted to move in the second I stepped through the door and found the most beautiful oasis of tranquillity, good taste, and the two most welcoming hosts... A beautiful home and accommodating hosts. Recommended. I stayed here for a few nights. Robert is most helpful, and had great ideas on places to go and things to do. Nothing was a hassle, from booking, to checking in early, and even looking after some of my luggage for a few days (whilst I was at Iguazu falls). The accommodation... More

We had made reservations at another hotel in Buenos Aires but based on a friend's recommendation, we ended up changing our plans last minute to stay at Cabrera. We are so glad that we did. Cabrera was pure magic, the perfect combination of elegant serenity with Robert's warm and casual, personal touch. We were truly taken by Cabrera's beauty and... More

Clean, quiet, welcoming, charming and a touch of class. Robert helped us with every need - from arranging airport transfers, to recommending good guides to special places eg. the Buenos cattle market! to local restaurants specialising in the cuisine of choice or simply engaging in conversation centred around Argentina. Especially welcome was the coffee available in each room.

If you are going to Buenos Aires for the first time, I strongly recommend starting at Cabrera Garden. It is beautiful, comfortable and the perfect location to start. Robert knows great places for you to go, walking as well as taking a short cab ride. His advice is excellent. He won't steer you wrong. Breakfast is the absolute best we... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
"Cabrera Garden is the holiday home you wish you had, and hosts Norman and Robert the wonderful friends you wish you had looking after it.There are just three guest bedrooms in their impeccably restored 1920s house, and they fill up fast. The Santa Rita suite, with a separate living area and balcony, is the pick of the bunch. It has a staircase leading down to the garden, where gigantic potted plants, a banana tree, swimming pool and pet parrot create the perfect tropical paradise. Guests wile the day away poolside, before retreating indoors to the elegant living room.
