Hotel's location is very well. Very close to the obelisk and city center... I can't say same thing for breakfast. Breakfast was ordinary. Front desk staff were helpfull and kindly..I recommend you this hotel...

Good hotel, nice service, great location! Nice, fast internet. Rooms are a bit small. But the location is perfect for exploring the city. The prices are affordable. So, I would always recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a trip to Antarctic via Buenos Aires. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 13/14th February 2015. This hotel was booked by our cruise agents so cannot comment on price. We had bed & breakfast included. The hotel is perfectly positioned to see the city & just a few doors down is the yellow bus company where... More

I was in this hotel for the first time this month. If you plan to stay in the center of Buenos Aires, the hotel is in a perfect location. Near the theatre area, the government palace, not far from San Telmo and Puerto Madero... Service is really good. Only bad thing about the hotel is the gym. Most of the... More

I stay at this hotel often for business in Buenos Aires. This hotel is ideally located in the city, with many of the downtown areas of BA close by. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. The best thing about the hotel are the rooms. They are new, clean and efficient. There is everything you need in a hotel... More

This clean and tidy hotel offers good sized rooms, off the rear courtyard garden area you get a window you can open for fresh air,, the bathrooms are what should be expected from a three star hotel, the desk guys have been super friendly and we could walk around the busy city blocks to get our bearings , watch the... Spent 4 nights here before heading of to Iguazu, and a further 4 on our return - the hotel allowed to keep most of our luggage with them whilst we were away which helped with the travelling. Rooms are modern, air conditioned and have comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Breakfast is adequate and... More

After a fiasco with my original hotel booking, I made a super last-minute booking for this hotel via a 3rd-party booking website, just 30 minutes prior to showing up at the front desk. Being that the booking was so last-minute, it had not been processed through the systems, and the front desk clerk was unable to validate it. However, he... More

Stayed here for our last night of a 5 week trip. The room was comfortable and modern for a reasonable price (particularly compared to more some more budget options we had previously stayed at). The location is excellent, right in the central area of the city. The room is not that big so if you are staying for a few... More

The main irritation was that the hotel provided only quilt covers which proved to be too hot. There were no blankets in the cupboards to provide an alternative. We removed the inner quilt and slept under the quilt cover. However this made for a broken nights sleep. A one quilt policy does not meet the needs of all guests. Breakfast... More

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub and migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
