Hostel Suites Florida was our first stop on our 5 month trip through SA and it certainly was not the best hostel we've stayed in, but it served its' purpose. Staff was ok, nothing spectacular, dorms were a bit tight and the place could have been cleaner. You get a bracelet which gives you a discount on the bar downstairs,... More

A good hostel in the middle of Buenos Aires. Rooms were clean and well kept and at a good price. The hostel is on a very busy street in the shopping area of Buenos Aires. Not a lot of food options around which can be frustrating as the breakfast at the hostel is very average. The Wifi in the hostel... More

This hostel is huge, something like 10 floors, it seems as if its a hotel with rooms converted to dorms. So there are a lot of people, and the hostel manages it and provides very well. Big common areas, lots of computers, tables, downstairs where breakfast is (which is ok but nothing to call home about) turns into a bar/night... More

The location is very good, downtown BsAs and "close/walking distance" (if you like to walk and explore new areas) to a lot of nice places. The room was clean but during my stay I was in my room for two times when I saw the cleaning lady (she was very nice and polite, btw) "doing" the beds, not changing sheets/blankets... More

The best part about this hostel is its location on Florida street-- a relatively safe, central location. The rooms are average but are much lower quality than they advertise. Some of the staff are very friendly while some are very difficult to deal with. Breakfast is bread (sometimes okay, sometimes stale), not very good fruit, cornflakes, and bad coffee. They... More

The hostel is clean, is true but the experience was not good. The environment isn't good, the breakfast is served in the same place were people were smoking and partying a few hours before. It is not the bad but there are so better places to stay.

The mold and poor tile work in the bathroom was disgusting. I had flip flops and sarong stolen, the only two items not locked up, most probably by the Brazilian girl that checked out before me. Hotel so large it's an institution, truly a college dorm. Probably takes walk-ins too which increases chance of theft. Don't understand why 4-4.5 star... More

Florida Ave a good location for tourists. A/C wasn't working but front desk was able to fix it that night. Took an extremely long time to check in though - not sure why its so slow. Your basic hostel experience. Hallways loud from the elevator doors slamming (theres a wooden door blocking the elevator door that slams shut). Bring a... More

Staff are unhelpful. Rooms aren't clean, bathrooms are even worse but maybe I was just sharing with pigs. I hate that they don't have another system in place for their guests so they make you wear wristbands. Like I don't stand out enough as it is? jajaja

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires, in the heart of Florida street, there is a lot of stores around, buses and metro station. About a few squares from the Obelisco too. The hostel has a great breakfast, there is a lot of activities provided by the hostel and the rooms are clean and confortable. The staff is very attencious... More
