We spent our last 2 nights in BA here and weren't disappointed : A large room with a cool, slighly masculine design style, huge comfy bed, balcony with a view of Recoleta Cemetary, a living area with a sofa, low table and swivel chair, a dining area that seats 4 and a kitchenette, well equipped (except for glasses, which must have been an oversight) with a fridge, microwave, hob etc. This made it a great place to chill out after a day's sightseeing and before dinner. Recommend the Munich House locally for dinner (as long as you don't mind the stuffed beasts staring at you from the wall). Don't bother with Lola opposite. It was a lazy/hungry choice we regretted.
The front desk was helpful but sometimes seemed aloof (the large desk and smart young men comes across a bit too clincical/business-y). It's a new hotel and you get the feeling it is run by young, serious people. The 'bellboys' spoke great english and had a much more friendly style.
