This is not actually a hotel, but an apartment. It's really big , well-divided, has great location in the center of the city, near to the shopping area, turistic points such as Colon Theater, to subway and bus stations. The apartment and the furniture are not new, but well conserved, they offer all the basic accessories for day by day... More

We were given a large suite of rooms - 2 ensuite bedrooms, 2 'lounges' and kitchen area, all comfortable, meaning it was great value for money. The rooms our friends stayed in over looked the busy main street which made sleeping more difficult - but this should be expected in a busy city centre location. Able to walk to all... More

Don't bother really. The apartments look interesting and comfy at first. They are rooms in a former apartment building, which used to be pretty. But the place is not taken care of. It's dirty and very loud. Especially the "deluxe" apartments, which face the loud street with a disco. Impossible to sleep during the weekend. It's not deluxe at all.

Our family of four stayed in the hotel for three days during March 2013, and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning (around 7 AM) and were let in to the room immediately without having to wait for the check in hour. The suite was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff extremely helpful... More

We had a whole suite of rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a foyer, and one bath. Our cost per 3 persons was well under $70 a night US $s.. We were able to walk to most major attractions. Our room was lacking a hair dryer, which finally arrived on the third night. Our rooms... More

We stayed here Late Feb 2013 for 7 nights with a break in the middle to go to the Iguazu Falls. The apartment was big, not very clean, nothing in the kitchen to enable us to do washing up of plates etc, no tea towel, washing up liquid etc. Big apartment, at the back of the hotel, quiet, All windows... I really loved the location and style of these apartments. My first stay I did have a top floor unit which was HUGE and had a balcony overlooking the city bigger than most hotel rooms, but even the less salubrious apartment I had on my second stay had charm. The larger apartment was immaculate and wooden floored, decorated with quirkiness,... More

I stayed here on 3 occasions in 2 weeks. Traveling in and out of B.A. and used Tres65 as a base. The folks at the reception desk were always helpful and nice. The building was clean and everything in the room worked well. This is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen area, living room and attached dining room made it... More

We were probably upgraded, but on the two occasions we stayed, we had a large apartment and no complaints. The location is super central, even if the neighborhood is not the best in BA; but it is certainly walking distance to Florida and the Galerias Pacifico on one side and the Teatro Colon on the other. The reception is tiny,... More

We were very disappointed. At the reception it was impossible to hold a conversation in English jeziku. We were in a de luxe app. There was no hairdryer, also at the request did not get it because he did not have. In the bathroom the water flowed to the ground. Faucet in the kitchen is left in the hands, if we... More

Staying in San Nicolas

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub migrates to Corrientes Ave., where theater lovers might start their evening at a play and end it in one of the many traditional pizzerias nearby. During the day, Corrientes is known for its many bookshops and classic cafés, which are located just minutes away from some famous landmarks, like the Obelisco, Avenida 9 de Julio, and the Teatro Colon.
