This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main shopping area of Florida St and Galerias Pacificas. Our triple room was fairly small but facilities were adequate. The reception area was very tiny and cramped with nowhere to sit, or even stand, while waiting for a taxi. Recommended for those on a budget who want to stay in... More

Our travel agent booked this as a 4 star hotel, this it was not. A good location for central Buenos Aires, staff friendly and helpful. The room was okay, air conditioning good. Breakfast was not too good, just a basic choice. Road around quite dark with lots of rubbish on the street, however did not feel unsafe.

Simple hotel, but very good bedrooms. Very close to Florida St., Galeria Pacifico and to Puerto Madero, however the street itself is a little dark/strange to go around at night. As very good and clean bedrooms. Has very good bathroom. Has a simple but good continental breakfast. Wi-fi is available also in the bedroom.

It's a good option if you're having a short or low cost trip. Although the street is kind of dark, the hotel is very close to Puerto Madero (a couple of blocks away) and a 20min walk to Casa Rosada. Also, is very close to Leandro M Alem subway station which for us was great, 'cause we could go anywhere.... More

Staff were very nice and helpful. There was always someone at the door 24/7. Fantastic with directions, information, booking taxis, tours etc. Good english. Good wifi. Convenience store (Carrefour express 2min walk. Main shops near by. Daily city tours come at 9am and 2pm by booking at hotel. Cheap. Laundry service nearby, cheap. Lots of cafes an restaurants nearby. Parks... More

It's a good choice if you have to stay a couple of nights in BA. Very good location. Just a couple of blocks from the seaport, downtown and Puerto Madero. The surroundings are not too safe to walk at night tough. The building it's quite old, but well restored. The rooms feel a little bit cramped. Decent service and friendly... More

I stay there for a day. That was enough....Location is very convenient in general but the street is narrow and dark, and entrance tiny... Like a double door width... Elevator like a single door width like these old cast iron grid door elevators from middle XX century... Rooms are tiny and basic but decently kept... Bedsheets/pillows are old... Personnel friendly and... More

This is one of the worst hotels we have encountered. The first room we were offered was shabby and without toiletries. "Upgraded" after complaint to a larger quieter room we found that to obtain water hot enough to shave or shower with we had to wait 15 minutes (timed!)with the tap running. Breakfast was basic to say the least. The desk staff... More

There isn't much to say about this pretty average hotel. We stayed a couple of nights in a medium-sized room, bathroom was ok - the carpet looked filthy but it wasn't smelly. It's well isolated and seldom you can hear the city noise. There was a constant noise coming from the outside though, seemed like an air compressor. After a... More

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Bedroom was fine but the hotel itself has no lobby to speak of. Breakfasts are very basic and breakfast staff do not speak English. Location is good but would not stay here again.
