The outside of the building and the front footpath are not an inspiring sight. Dirty shower recess with mould to the extreme. Floor corners, as well as window corners and ledges throughout the room we dirty. Eating plates and utensils were dirty. The passageway corners are also being missed by the cleaner. The poor standard of cleanliness does reflect the... More

Fertilia Apartments made an excellent base for our four days exploring BA. It's location on the edge of Centro near Retiro was very good and felt safe. It made exploring then main central sights such as Plaza de Mayo, Theatre Colon, Ave 9 Julio etc very easy as they are all within easy walking distance. The area doesn't quite have... More

We stayed here on two occasions before and after we'd travelled to Patagonia. On each occasion, we were greeted and welcomed professionally before being allocated our room. The bed, bathroom and dining area is attractive and comfortable. Each day the cleaning staff comes to tidy and clean. As non Native Spanish speakers we had many questions of language/translation and staff... More

Traveling with family members and looking for reasonably priced accomodation options we were initally thinking to rent a short term private flat. When we foudn the fertilia we thought might be too good to be true. We arrived to find the description of services right on and exceeded our expectations. we enjoyed it so much we came back for a... Great location - easy walking distance to many places. Staff were extremely helpful, english and spanish speaking. Room was very comfortable, impeccably clean. Stayed in two different rooms on two separate occasions and both were great. Breakfast included every morning was a typical Argentinian breakfast and very tasty!

The hotel is located just close to Buenos Aires downtown, 15 minutes from metro station, and from Puerto Madero area. The staff was very helpful to indicate your needs at the city. The double room was spacious and comfortable, like a studio, with a kitchenette. Always clean, fill with fresh towels and bath amenities. You can order some meals to... More

We were looking for a very central hotel at a bargain price. So we didn't need a fantastic view. Fertilia perfectly fit the bill. With kitchenette, and lots of floor space, we could spread out nicely. And warm up leftovers from a previous night's too big meal for lunch. Comprehensively renovated. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good enough continental breakfast with... More

The staff at Fertilia were excellent! Very helpful and spoke great English. We walked everywhere so thought it was a great location. Breakfast was adequate and the rooms very large. Only a couple of things let this one down. It was very noisy. From the street noise to people in the hall. We were woken up quite a few times... More

Dear GugaTravel, Thank you very much indeed for your feedback. We are glad that to learn that your stay at Fertilia Downtown was a pleasant one. In a few week our street will be only for pedestrian, having this opportunity to become one of the few streets in downtown with no car or bus traffic is great news! Only cars... More
