It´s located in Palermo Area, Buenos Aires. Nice pool to enjoy in summer season. Breakfast is poor and could be better. Staff normal. I think is overpriced, but I still recomend.

Pro: Well located, near fancy Palermo Soho's bars. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful and comfortable.
Con: The breakfast isn't worthy and the air conditioner dropped incredibly cold water over our head. We have given a heads up to the staff and he said that it's an well known problem. Also, we have sent some...

I was looking to stay in Palermo Soho and though technically located there it is a bit of a walk to anywhere. The good side of that is that it is quieter, the bad is that it is a 7 block walk to Seranno Plaza, 12 blocks to the underground, 9 to the outlet shopping. There were a couple stores...

These folks were the nicest staff that I can remember (I mean I could see their heart sink when we told them we needed a cab at 9:30 p.m. and they confessed that "it is impossible", yet still tried to help us get one...on X-mas eve.). We were "out of towners" and our Spanish was more than lacking, yet everyone...

We stayed in this hotel 7 nights and besides the room and the great night staff, I really regret staying here. The rooms are really nice, but the breakfast is really poor. Some of the staff pretend they speak english but really have no clue, which lead to a few surprises. This hotel has great potential but the current concept...

What a wonderful apartment we stayed in. It was apartment number 2, we loved it so much we extended our stay from 2 to 6 nights.
Fantastic location with ease and accessibility to all parts of this magnificent city.
We have to mention the staff especially Carlos for his knowledge, humour and genuine friendliness, he made our holiday.
Thank you....

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. The rooms are a bit small as we were there with four as a family but the price was right, location was good and Í´d definitely stay again. We also used the spa and found it to be adequate.

Stayed at the Torrecillas for one night after returning from Iguazu and had a triplex. The location of the hotel is great. There are many good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Try Crizia just around the corner and down about a block and a half.
The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. The triplex itself was comfortable and...

The staff here is great!! Internet and breakfast is included in the room price. You can easily walk around the area during the day, and at night take a cab right back to the hotel, which is very modern and clean. Unfortunately it wasn't pool weather when we were there, but the pool looked nice!

This hotel was clean and the neighborhood was safe. There were a good selection of restaurants nearby but the general neighborhood, unfortunately, seemed old and run-down looking and devoid of people - so it was generally depressing.
I won’t book another room at this hotel due to two negatives in our 2 floor loft. Each floor of the loft was...
