Positive: Friendly staff; Spacious room with A/C; WiFi is excellent; Location is good - close to the main attractions in the micro-centre. It is also less than 10 min walk to the Buquebus terminal (if you plan a day trip to Uruguay). Negative: Too much noise from the street - bring ear plugs; Poor breakfast.

Pros - Clean, tidy rooms that are well maintained. - Decent size with plenty of elbow space - Modern with AC, flat screen TV and a bidet. - Location was close to Florida, the metro and Port Maldonado Cons - Wifi was very weak on the seventh floor. We had to sit on the floor to get enough reception. -... More

Cheap and well located, but rude staff (one male receptionist), when asked for help on certain matters (transport, check in, timing, etc.) due to the general strike, all comments where "ain't my problem, cope with it". Add stained & stinky sheets / bathroom... I understand can't expect a lot given the price, but definetively not an option.

I arrived at this hotel at the given check-in time. I was handed my key, struggled with my heavy bags in the prehistoric lift to the sixth floor to find that the room had not been cleaned after the previous occupants. I returned to reception to complain and had to wait half an hour before I could go to the... More

I stayed here for one night with my friend before going to Puerto Iguazu. I reserved the taxi from the hotel to the airport with cheap price. Friendly service even though our spanish was not good enough, they tried to help us. Of course, good and safe location where is closed to plaza 25 de mayo, puerto madero, Florida and... More

Really bad place. Uncomfortable, noisy, unclean and not that cheap. The only good thing that it has is its almost perfect location.

Neighborhood Profile
San Nicolas
Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours.
