My sister and I stayed here in January, and we were super pleased. Louisa was so helpful and friendly, and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, around tons of good restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the subway station. I would recommend this hotel to any couples or friends... Kala Petit is THE place to stay if you are seeking a true Argentine experience in Buenos Aires. The location is prefect, while the hotel''s staff is warm, helpful and fun. It truly feels like you are 'home' when staying there. The staff can organize an asado in the back room, where you can hang out with others staying at... More

Good location, we spent a night here in jan. Unfortunantly we had to go 5.00 in the morning and asked the lady in reception to order a cab to domestic airport. She Said she should get up to be able to check us out. We had the taxi, but it was ordered to eizeza and the taxidriver had to make... More

Kala Petit is a very nice stylished hotel/hostel inside the best area of Buenos Aires, Palermo. (Palermo Viejo, Villa Crespo, Hollywood, etc) Clean, safe, this hotel will surprise you with its decoration, beautiful rooms, service and of course, its location. With a few steps you achieve most of the restaurants, café, bars and stores around. If you need to take... More

My wife and I stayed here on our way back home from Buenos Aires. We had started our trip in BA so knew that we wanted to be in Palermo, plus being summer, it was hot, really hot with high humidity. This petit hotel had everything we needed to relax before going back to the States. Air conditioning was a... More

We loved this hotel! The staff and owners were so friendly, it was like staying in their home. Rooms are very comfortable, delicious breakfast and beautiful garden with a small pool that was an oasis in a busy city. Palermo quickly became one of my favourite areas, great restaurants and shopping or just for walking around the neighbourhood. The Subte... More

Kala Petit is in a great part of Palermo and the hotel is very sweet. The staff are really helpful and nothing seems to be too much bother. The room near the Pool which we stayed in was fairly basic but very nice. The air conditioning was brilliant and much needed as it was over 40 degrees. The only down... More

After searching for months for a bed and breakfast in Palermo with a pool, we decided to go with Kala; what a gem in the city! Upon arrival we experienced nothing but kindness from its staff. From finding a cab at the last second before going to Androgue for our cooking class, which is almost 2 hours away to always... More

Kala Petit Hotel is a gorgeous little place, excellently located in Palermo, BA. We stayed here both at the start and end of our trip to Argentina, in two different rooms and had a wonderful experience. Mattias, who works here and took our reservation was incredibly helpful in guiding our choices for our trip and provided invaluable information. He has... More

Kala Petit is located in a great area, close to a selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The only bad thing in terms of location is that it is quite far from the metro (Subte) station, so if you were hoping to travel exclusively by metro, be prepared for the walk. The rooms and lounge area are stylishly decorated, and... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
