Estoril has proudly been an independent hostel for the last 10 years, without being part of any world wide chain or local franchise. Really friendly hostel with great staff and fantastic location. The breakfast is the best i've ever had in hostel with fresh pastries delivered in the morning and fresh orange juce, but the coffee is terrible... but theres a great coffee shop downstairs next door. Traffic can be a bit noisy so bring ear plugs. more

This is a great hostel, with a super roof terrace and regular bbq´s! Stay in the Dom dorm on the roof - it´s super cool. The staff are excellent and the atmosphere in the hostel second to none. Really enjoyed my stay there. more

This hostel could be quite nice if it had double glazing or something! It is situated perfectly for exploring Buenos Aires on foot but it has dorms with air conditioning units built into the single glazed windows with massive gaps around them. It is located on the busy Avenida de Mayo and it was just impossible to get a wink... more
