Spacious room (we were given a whole dormitory). Good warm shower. Bad location for main tourist attractions (and ferries and daytrips). Very noisy, most of it coming from the front desk. The hostel lies in a very safe neighbourhood: it is a residential area not too far away from restaurants and the subway stop.
