“seemingly cannot go wrong by going here”

went with a 10 year old child in April. Staff very helpful (and I am generally cynical), went out of their way, got a doctor for the 10yr old in no time, organized transfers etc. Rooms are spacious and generally well appointed. Only minor complaint is tv entertainment limited for the foreigners. Excellent location More

“Excellent modern hotel in perfect location”

We booked the grand suite on the 12th floor which was lovely. It has a balcony at the front and a jacuzzi at the back. Staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. The hotel is in a lovely part of Recoleta which is a very safe part of Buenos Aires with excellent restaurants and shops. More

“A little Parisian hotel”

Like European hotels the rooms are small but clean and have a nice feel. The staff wonderful. Breakfast simple but fresh and delicious. Location perfect. Great restaurants shopping and sightseeing nearby. And the lobby and main rooms were our art museum.! And the a/c worked perfectly! More

We were really deludes from this hotel we considered pretty hight level according with internet rating. Breakfast area is so crowded, so small space for many rooms: 13 floors, each one with 4 rooms, probably 20 small sits for breakfast.
