We stayed in private room and it was good. The staff was really good and helpful in every way. The hostel is big and enough places to chill out, also lot of room in the kitchen for people to sit and eat. U can rent a bike from the hostel 60$arg a day. Overall we liked the hostel. The location... More

Stayed at Sabatico for 2 weeks with my boyfriend and after stressing about hostel choices in BA I'm so glad we chose it. I would recommend it to any of my friends or family visiting BA. Reasons why: - Comfy beds with good pillows in both the dorm and the private room - Best breakfast of our 8month world trip... More

We stayed at this place in Buenos Aires for almost 2 weeks! Basically we love everything here. The front desk staff and everyone else is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best for our RTW trip for the past year, though you need to cook the fresh eggs yourself. Even you don't make the eggs yourself, there... More

Great hostel, really well run with friendly helpful staff, a good breakfast (with fresh eggs for you to cook however you wish), good wifi throughout and clean facilities. We stayed in a private double which although basic by a hotel standard was impressive by hostel standards. We had a wardrobe, bed side tables, a writing desk and fan. The bathroom... More

I flew into Buenos Aires and took the shuttle to this hostel which is cheaper than a taxi. The staff here are friendly and super helpful. The dorm rooms are clean and have lockers at the bottom. The bathrooms are clean and have plenty of hot water! breakfast is great- cereal, tea/coffee, eggs, crossiants and juice! The walking tour is... More

Excellent hostel, not a party hostel but a great place to meet people, had an amazing BBQ one of the nights we stayed here. The double rooms are lovely and even come with fresh flowers and sweets, such a nice touch! Breakfast, for hostel standards is really good – they provide fresh eggs which you can cook your own way,... More

We stayed in the Sabatico Hostel in March/april 2014. Wanted to stay only a few nights in BsAs, but eventually ended up staying 2 weeks. Not only the great city, but also the charm & cosiness of the Sabatico hostel kept us prolonging our stay! Great friendly staff, decent breakfast (hard to find in hostels!), cosy seating area & nice... More

Room was small and not particularly clean, but the atmosphere of this place is what makes it great. The staff are beyond helpful and take time to help you plan your time in BA. Hostel organises activities daily including a weekly BBQ on the terrace was great. Breakfast is the best I've had in Argentina- great variety (included eggs, croissants,... More

I enjoyed my stay at Sabatico. There was a nice crowd, and it was easy to meet people. The location wasn't great - I wouldn't walk home there alone late at night. The room was a little cramped and the bathrooms were a bit shabby. But it was a homely atmosphere, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast here is excellent. Wireless is good, and bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful (especially Mercedes!). It's pretty quiet. Only down sides for us were 1) it's definitely a young person's hostel (my husband and I are in our fifties) and 2) it's not very centrally located or close to a subway.
