If you are expecting a full hotel service, this isn't it - its a small building on the edge of Palermo which provides roomy and pleasant apartments with free wi-fi, a kitchenette (no microwave but otherwise adequate and well equipped), a small swimming pool (there was never anyone else in it) and a laundrette. It is a very quiet street... More

The apartments are okay but not fantastic, the pictures really are not representative. The receptionist was cold, and made me feel like I was annoying her any time I went to her with a question. I would not recommend.

I stayed with friend last year and we had an amazing time. this place is for people who likes a quiet but interesting neighborhood full of restaurants, discos, and also 1 block to the flea market. We went on summer (December 2013) and we enjoyed the amazing and cozy pool! The condo had everything we needed like balcony (we could... More

This is actually a very nice place! Nice Apartment with all ammenities, nice bed, kitchen and toilet/bathroom. Very nice surroundings with cosy bars and restaurants. Very good service from Danielle working in the reception, he is very helpful both at check-in and check-out. Cannot say if some of the apartments do not live up to the official pictures, but what... Let me first start by saying that I am typically a pretty laid back person that can live with small problems and have rarely ever posted negative comments for places that I've stayed. There were a couple prior negative reviews but some positive as well so I thought we would give it a try since the area was recommended. However,... More

We had booked this hotel for 12 nights but (thankfully) only had to endure one night! We arrived late due to a late flight and unfortunately had nowhere else to stay. Our room seemed like a dirty dorm party room! My allergies instantly kicked in (there was mold growing on the blinds and black and pink mold in the bathrooms,... More

I stayed here for 2 nights, the apartment was fine but could be maintained better. The location is great, closeby to restaurants and the mightlife, besides it is a quiet and safe area. I have no complaints but the price seemed far too much for what this place had to offer.

We'll start with the ups: Amazing location. Palermo Hollywood is such a great neighborhood full of really adorable coffee shops and restaurants. The check-in and out was super easy, the apartment very quiet, and the bed extremely comfortable. Great heater. Downs: Not well maintained. The bathroom always had water on the floor as the shower leaked, it smelled musty, was... More

We stayed here as a couple, looking for a nice place to stay over Christmas. For the price, we were very disappointed. First off, don't expect to use the pool as it is not maintained. It was green and the water was about 3 feet below the top. Thin, ill fitted sheets were in the bed, and a small love... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
