As all below, staff were crap. (Except one guy who helped us put our luggage away safely on our departure day so we could go out & come back later) They were rude & unhelpful. Rooms are tiny & cramped. Bathroom disgusting & used by too many people. Kitchen was useless, oven was broken. It's location is great. Palermo is... More

We stayed at the hostel for two nights and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are very small and ugly, but do have air conditioning (controlled by staff). The staff however was quite rude and did not seem happy to answer any of the questions we had. No help with small questions like restaurants. Rooms are very noisy. Choose another hostel!

We stayed here at the end of last year, i am catching up on reviews now i am home. We were due to stay 2 nights but it was so unbearable, we had to leave. They refused to refund us our money when we left. We argued our point based on the fact that everything was disgusting, but to be... More

Be careful, they will steal your money. I spent two nights on this hostel. As I was coming from another city a friend of mine which works on a tour company booked this on my request with my credit card. At that moment I was traveling with 3 people that I met in Aconcagua, which accepted to split the costs... More

The photographs of this hostel are definitely exaggerate its attractiveness. The rooms with a private bathroom are extremely over-priced, small, cramped, hot and dirty. The sheets are balling polyester. The staff provide minimum service with minimum charm and I would not 100% guarantee that it is theft-free.

This hostel is well organized and spotless. The rooms are basic, but clean, quiet and felt safe. We stayed here in a private room at the beginning and end of our time around Argentina in March/April. The location is excellent as its close to the main road- Santa Fe and the subway making it easy to explore the rest of... More

I'm not shocked to read these reviews after our experience with the horrible staff. We arrived late-ish after booking on booking.com and the receptionist just about refused to let us in the building saying we had no reservation. After a while he finally let us in and I showed him my email to confirm the room and he continued to... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
