Recently rebuilt, the rooms are spacious and clean, beautifully furnished in a modern style with hardwood floors and elevator service to all rooms. The staff is attentive and friendly, breakfast OK and you can easily walk to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is "seedy" with abandoned warehouses in the area, which is the only negative I could find. I would... More

This is our third trip to B.A. having stayed at the Sheraton (1983) and Park Hyatt in the 90's. Before Palermo existed. This time we got great advice on Trip Advisor and booked the Glu as we were told to say in Palermo. The staff is so incredibly friendly, we had a Luxe suite, which was beautiful, huge, comfortable. The... More

We found this hotel through tripadvisor. It was as the best reviews touted. The hotel was very new and clean. The rooms were modern and spacious. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The Palermo Soho district was friendly and inviting with nice shops and restaurants. We saw none of the feared pickpockets hanging around. Though not close... More

My girlfriend and I just spent five days in Buenos Aires at the Glu Hotel. We must have looked at 35 hotels online beforehand, and picked Glu because the Glu Suite looked beautiful, we prefer boutique hotels to large chains, and we thought Palermo Soho would be a good place to set up base camp. It was perfect. The Glu... More

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Argentina trip. The room was large and very clean, furnishings simple and elegant, with a wonderful comfy bed. It is located in an excellent location in Palermo for walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and a great stay. The breakfast was basic but tasty and fresh and they... More

This hotel was the great surprise of our trip to Argentina. The rooms were very reasonable and very comfortable. The hotel and our room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The management runs this hotel with great attention to details.

I stayed in the Glu Suite, which was spacious and very nice. There was always someone in the lobby who spoke English, and they made great restaurant & things-to-do recommendations. We sent our laundry down, and had an entire bag laundered and ironed for very cheap. Only small complaint is that the website said that there was a jacuzzi tub... More

Buenos Aires was the last stop on our South American trip and this hotel was perfect for what we needed---very clean, great location, friendly staff. It is within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shopping and attractions. Each morning they offer breakfast (fruit, juice, coffee, toast, etc) and coffee at any time you ask during the day. There is a small... More

After reading all of the great reviews, I chose the Glu Hotel for our honeymoon in B.A. My husband and I had both been to the city before so we weren't as focused on the tourist attractions that are closer to centro - we wanted to eat and shop. We still made trips to downtown and found the subway fairly... More
