I stayed at a single room with a double bed, not worth the money. The room was very noisy situated close to the reception and the stairs and entrance to the hostel, unfortunately as I went to bed I could hear all that went on outside. Pros: Staff were generally really friendly, helpful and accommodating. When we arrived (after about 45 hours in transit) they gave us a room with no windows. I ended up only spending one night at the hostel, but it had potential. Location was decent, room (female dorm) was clean, bathroom was so-so. Included breakfast was slightly above average, offering hot eggs in addition to the usual bread and cereal. Staff was helpful (although one gave me the wrong directions). This hostel has a great rooftop area with some hammocks and a nice bar. The rooms are a little bit crammed and noisy. The centre is quite close and is situated in the nice barrio San Telmo. We stayed in a private room (6) beautiful wallpaintings everywhere + Simple but okay breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooftopterrace, good location - Pretty noisy (we stayed here in the weekend) our room was really nice, but the shower above the toilet was not so comfy Do visit the Sunday market in San Telmo, it is great!

This place is really cool! I stayed there twice on my trip to South America - the staff are friendly, the internet reliable, the breakfast good, beds were relatively comfortable, 5 to 10 minute walk to good restaurants and cafes and San Telmo markets - which are definitely worth the visit!
