Have stayed here before and as the last time had no issues. Breakfast is (Free) Spartan but that is expected for the HIE. Staff is friendly and helpful. WiFi is not great! more

Whoever built this hotel forgot the soundproofing. The rooms are OK, mattresses getting old, but I could not sleep because of all the noise in the hallways--kids running around and yelling at all hours. Stayed in the motel during the Thanksgiving holidays...Staff was very nice and rooms are spacious and clean...But...AAA and the motel itself stated before we arrived the pool was heated...Not! This Holiday Inn Express was exactly how we thought it would be..clean and comfortable!..from the moment we entered the lobby to register and the warm greeting it was just wonderful!..we requested a non smoking room and we got it!..and it was quiet even though its close to the freeway but we did not hear alot of cars or any noise... more
