We too arrived late and were also charged for the late checkout, and tried to charge us for 2. Thought this was 4 star but merley reaching 3 star standards. Food very poor and unedible. Only English in hotel,hotel staff very bad no customer service non communication to us English,more interested in the other people staying at resort ie Russians,Germans,Turkish residents.
