arrived 19th sept, the rooms need to be upgraded, very shabby. towels are old and grey. the cleaning ladies are the hardest workers in the hotel, beds made and towels changed every day. receptionist (ozlem) unfriendly. the bar staff unhelpfull and useless (mehmet) the snack and restaurant areas are dirty. don,t think they are ever swept, hosed or tables wiped.... We arrived at Mave Belce late at night and were shown to our room 237. Room was small and basic however ideal for the amount of time actually spent there. Just returned from a week at the Mavi Belce. Very good for the price we paid. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I have to agree with everything Bill L says. I too was booked to stay in June with friends. We were given two terrible rooms at first. Hotel Faultless. Room 239 cleaned every day . Clean towels and bedding. Towels made up as hearts or animals with flowers. Great location for beach and shops. Reception staff great , Also bar staff. More
