we stayed here at the beginning of august for 10 nights. On arrival we were met by ahmed who was very pleasant and welcoming to us .Our room was 226 which was a bit on the small side but on the plus side we were right beside the pool so no complaints as you only sleep in the room. I... More

Plus points Rosie and her day time reception staff Great location 2 minutes from centre Good pool plenty of sun beds Cleaning staff full of smiles Negative points First night 01.30 given a room that was a disgrace , we were told this room is what our travel company had payed for ,a promo room (news to us) This room... Stayed here for 12 days on HB basis in August. Agree with others that the night time reception is not great but don't let that put you off. This is a small but perfectly adequate hotel. We had a family room in the new block (103) which was a great size, modern and clean but backed onto neighbouring hotel. The... More

Recently stayed here for a week with my partner. On arrival late at night male receptionist took us to out room and appeared very uninterested and unhelpful however we didn't let this bother us! Room was of good standard, clean and comfortable with good view of pool from balcony! The pool and pool area was lovely, clean and we never... More

I had requested a specific room in May for our return visit in August which was "diaried". I confirmed that this was in order 2 weeks before arrival it was confirmed by e-mail. Unfortunately, despite having paid for a triple (for extra space), we were dumped into a terrible double room with no stair lighting and the reception staff could... More

Basic hotel in a great location. I stayed here with my partner, 12 year old daughter and our family. Rooms are a little on the small side but for how long we spent in our room it was no big deal. Would advise family of 3+ to book a family room as they are larger and have separate sleeping areas.... More

we stayed here from 22 july -30th july. we booked two double rooms ground floor, when we arrived, we were taken to a very small room at the very top of the building up a winding staircase with 3 very small single beds , we complained , showed them the booking ref, and were told just stay here tonight as... Well this place is more like a hostel, rooms were sometimes cleaned, hot water and flusher was working when they wanted. We arranged paraglide and boat tour with their recommendation, the company was awful. I wouldn't recommend here for sure. And don't fly or go on a boat trip with pegas. They overbooked and we were out. Maybe it could... More

The Mavi Belce is a basic run hotel but is excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean and to a good standard (cleaners will do anything they can to help you out eg extra sheets/pillows/towels). However, i have read the earlier reviews and you must be specific with your room. You must ask for a family room where... More

After booking a double room at the Mavi Belce Hotel we were very disappointed to be shown to a room on the ground floor and at the back with an extra bed which took up a lot of room. The toilet seat was broken as well as the flush. The sink was also not attached to the wall very well.... More
