We have stayed at this hotel on three occasions and and in my opinion it is probably the best in the area. Staff are friendly without being obtrusive, rooms cleaned every day. restaurant is excellent, bar snacks good for lunch and breakfast is also good. Close to the beach and lagoon: I prefer the beach. Ignore the negative comments regarding... More

We stayed at this hotel in August 2014 and have booked to go back this August. It was the 5th time we've stayed in Olu Deniz and this has been the best hotel. The room was lovely, only complaint if you can call it that was the view from the balcony, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool... More

We choose this hotel and so pleased we did. We went twice last year and are going again. There is always room around the pool... More

Can someone please tell me specifically which rooms are the refurbished ones? I have seen a lot of mixed reviews saying "top floor" and "bottom floor" would be good if someone could tell me room numbers ect? also does anyone know how to go about requesting these rooms as I've seen a lot of people saying their requests were ignored... We stayed in Ata Lagoon this September 2014 for our two week summer holiday. We had a ground floor room which seemed to be the bigger rooms! although we had the space, it lacked interior. there was no pictures up, nothing really to make it feel homily as such! the major let down was the fact there was no mirror!!!... We went to this hotel in October 2014. When we first arrived we were put in room 509 which was EXTREMELY NOISY! All night you could hear the chairs scraping and noise from the bar..........may I suggest putting felt under the feet of the chairs. You could even hear the balls clicking on the snooker table....not fun early am! The... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Olu deniz this hotel was lovely. Really nice pool area very clean and the bar was excellent. The rooms were very cosy but was fine as didn't spend too much time in there. Good location very close to restaurants and night life. Very good beach just at the end of the road. All in all... More

Firstly I am astounded at some of the recent bad reviews for this hotel! I may add you get what you pay for. If you want 5 star service & gold taps then pay for all inclusive! The room that we had was overlooking the pool, so had a great view. It was clean, which is all we ask. They... More

Looked good from the outside, rooms ok but the best was they were clean. Breakfast was make your own toast, boiled eggs, cereal, squeeze your own juice and disgusting serve yourself tea, tasted like liquorice I was glad I had taken my own teabags! No tea making facilities in the room, we took our own kettle! No fridge in the... More
