The Mandarin Boutique Hotel is a beautiful, serene getaway from the busy Olu Deniz area. Located high in the hills of Faralya, it is so secluded that it took us a while to find it amidst the winding roads going up the mountain. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess, who showed up to our beautiful, spacious room on... More

This is an unusual place, remote, small - only 8 bedrooms - and ideal for a restorative escape. We stayed just over a week. There are so many great things to say about Villa Mandarin. The many positive reviews on TripAdvisor were one of the reasons we booked. But I'll focus on just two: the location and the staff. Villa... More

Like the majority of reviews, we loved the Mandarin hotel and the caring staff. We went by Cachet Travel, who were very efficient (normally we arrange our holidays ourselves). The journey to the hotel is stunning, up a winding road, with views down over the Oludeniz Bay. The hotel is very rural and not for those looking for night clubs... More

We've just spent a wonderful two weeks at the Mandarin hotel with 2 teenage girls (13 and 15). We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful hotel which is small, personal and very special. Every detail has been carefully thought through and as a very fussy person I found this place hard to fault. It's a real feast for... More

Just spent 7 nights at Mandarin – great place. I’d describe it as between a B&B and ‘boutique’ hotel, perhaps slightly more like an upscale B&B. The rooms are fantastic, pool and common area are very nice and the food is 100% Turkish home-cooking which, if you appreciate food is a very good thing. Service is excellent - kind of... More

The beauty of the Turkish coast is legendary; both on the Mediterranean and the Aegean. The areas draw many tourists, with the most photographed beach in all of Turkey being Ölüdeniz and its blue lagoon on the "Med". We were looking for an upscale boutique hotel near the most beautiful beaches in Turkey and that's how we found the Villa... More

After several busy days in Istanbul and Cappadocia, we, four sisters, anticipated the quiet beauty of this hotel. If you long for peaceful days and attentive service, you will find both and more at the Mandarin Boutique Hotel. Ghislain welcomed us with his easygoing and upbeat manner and suggested several outings, which proved fabulous in every way. He arranged an... More

Just when we thought our vacation through Turkey could not possibly get any better, we arrived at the entry of Villa Mandarin. The peacefulness took over and any stress or anxiety that we may have been feeling from our journey up the mountain quickly dissipated. The hospitality was unmatched with Ghislain helping us plan excursions, Aseygul making sure we had... More

We spent a lovely week at The Mandarin. It is a relaxed, friendly hotel set in the most beautiful surroundings. We had a car and spent our days travelling to the beautiful bays and surrounding towns, along with some lovely walks. It would be difficult to explore the area fully without a car and it's not the place if you... More

I'm surprised there are any poor reviews of this amazingly relaxing hotel. It has only 8 rooms so there is a very laid-back atmosphere, and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. It's not the place for exciting nightlife but absolutely perfect if you want to stay in a gorgeous location with 5 star service. I'm vegetarian and was given my own special... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
An unspoilt setting, luxurious surroundings and a warm, personal welcome... Opened in the summer of 2007, Mandarin is a delightful boutique hotel situated in an unspoilt natural setting close to south-west Turkey's magnificent Turquoise Coast. Perfect for nature lovers who also value a touch of luxury and a high level of personal service, Mandarin has been designed as a stylish and supremely comfortable hideaway, which nevertheless boasts a pleasantly informal atmosphere without any hint of stuffiness or pretension. Mandarin comprises just eight guestrooms and thus offers a very intimate ambience, making it the perfect venue for a small group to rent for a special celebration, club event or even a business meeting. However, the hotel is equally suited to romantic couples and guests wishing to stay in unspoilt surroundings, relax in unperturbed peace and perhaps indulge in a few nature-based activities. Please note that, to maintain its air of tranquillity, Mandarin operates a no-children policy (with the exception of group bookings renting the hotel in its entirety). ...introducing one of Turkey's most exclusive retreats ... more   less
