It's only a few kilometres beyond the all-day breakfasts, beer-guts and tattoes of Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, but a world of difference in every possible way. It's spectacularly located between the sea and the mountains in a totally rural setting, with only birdsong (ok, one of the birds is an insomniac cockerel) and the occasional goat bleat or bell to... My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Turkey for my birthday. All I can say that it was one of the best holidays I've had! We arrived to the hotel around midnight and were greeted by the manager Aysegul. We were very glad to find dinner waiting for us in the room, including an amazing apple tart! The room... More

My friend and I have just returned from a week at the Mandarin Boutique Hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. We were expecting to be surrounded by honeymooners but most of the guests seem to be couples aged 50+. The manageress/owner is lovely as are all her staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. It really is... More

We stayed at Mandarin for 3 nights as our last stop on our honeymoon Turkey trip. When I first booked this hotel, I was under the impression that is was just outside Fethiye near Oludeniz - so we were a bit surprised that is was 35km from Fethiye located very near Faralya. It turns out we didn't mind at all,... More

Decided to stay here for a couple of nights during a holiday in one of the large beach resorts near Side as we fancied seeing a different side of Turkey, and what a contrast it was! The hotel is set in a small rural hamlet and has just 8 rooms, so it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. When we booked... More

We stayed in this hotel in sept. 2011. The hotel was maybe a 3. You have to drive up the side of a cliff, quite a distance from town. It's hard to find where to park. You then get mauled by the dog who is biting your luggage and underfoot the whole way. You feel like you're staying at your... More

I found this review as an insult to the 100s of satisfied guests we stayed at Mandarin, the many positive comments we had about the area, the organic food and the staff at Mandarin, especially the dog Pasha, who simply likes playing. The intend of this writting must be for different reasons. All our guests comments can be found on our website, and... More

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at this magical hotel! On arrival we were greeted by the petite Manager Aysegul and her team of ladies and Pasha, the beautiful dog! We were shown to our room (No. 5) it was beautiful, very spacious with a jaqcuzzi at one end and sitting area at the other which led to... More

Had a great stay here for two nights. Was a perfect laidback retreat after a week in kalkan. The staff, garden and pool were lovely as was our room. On the downside the food was not as good as other places we payed a lot less for. Grapes for dessert and poor quality breakfast juice were mean touches. We had... More
