We stayed there for one night before moving to Iskenderun for a wedding reception. It was our first visit to Antakya and first stay in Savon Hotel. It is a very good hotel, the building itself, courtyard, rooms and the breakfast. The service in every step, from the check-in to breakfast was very good, as well. We had a very... More

The hotel, the atmosphere, the courtyard, the architecture and the decoration.... Beautiful. A serenity in the middle of the city. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is kind and gentle. I spent 2 hours having a glass of tea and watching the courtyard.

I endorse pretty well all of the favourable comments about this charming and comfortable hotel - but there's a big but. The large and attractive central courtyard is a favoured venue for smart private events, for which it accomodates 200+ revellers. Tuesday it was a school graduation ball and Wednesday it was a spectacular henna (no, not hen) night, so... More

My first view of the place we were to spend two days were a cascade of red Bougainvillea on the court yard's walls. Beautiful and soothing. The hotel is charming. A wide staircase leads to the second floor. There are no elevator. The food is good and having breakfast in the courtyard was invigorating and a nice beginning of the... More

Exquisite service and personnel making you feel at home. Rooms are clean and decorated without spoiling the real characteristics of the building. We had large choice for breakfast where we could also taste some of these delicious local specialities. Eventhough some of us were not used to anything else then croissant&coffee for breakfast, we were certainly satisfied. We have been... More

You walk into the courtyard/parking lot and the place is very nice. Outside is a different story. We walked to dinner and at 8:00 felt very uncomfortable walking back. Dark, shops closed, just not a good situation. The staff is good. Breakfast good. The rooms were nice but had bars on the windows and looked out on a street. Not... More

Nice decent clean hotel. Location is also nice. I believe this is the hotel I would stay again if I go to Antakya again. At the end of the day Antakya is a relatively small place so I was not sure how the hotel would be (whether it would be like a small town hotel or a really good one... More

"Welcome to the hotel California such a lovely place, such a lovely face. Plenty of room at the hotel California any time of the year you can find it here" This should be rewritten for historical Savon hotel in Antakya. From the moment you step in the hotel, you meet with one of the most welcoming and friendly staff. The... More

We travelled to Antakya for a weekend and had an excellent stay in Savon Hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel is an old soap factory and reconstructed as a boutique hotel. Smell of the hotel is incredibly beautiful and it smells like soap which also reminds the interesting history of the building. The Food which is a typical... More

I have stayed in lots of Hotels around the world, but I must say, I have never experienced a tremendous experience like this before. The building was incredible, the rooms are very clean and have lots of space, entire hotel smells like you are in heaven. Moreover the food and mezes are exquisite, you can just stay in this hotel...
