We attended as walk-in without prior reservation ; was night time and cold, coming from Gaziantep ; Litigants / disputants teams ( unjoinable ) Or without wise team leader ! .. Unfortunately we came on a humanitarian mission to help the Syrian refugees ? ? Of bad luck was the night we entered the beginning of the weekend and feels... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Ottoman Palace Hotel around five times so far during the past two years and twice fall of 2013. We have visited and tried several other hotels in this region (Hatay, Gaziantep, Iskenderun, Dörtyol, etc.) and we are convinced this is the best choice by far. This is our second review of the... This is definitely one BIG hotel! A very pleasant pool and spa areas. The room are quite spacious but very tired (e.g: the Tv is very small, and an old box one) the bathroom is ok, but an old one. The food is not so great, and the dinner / breakfast area is huge and can fill hundred witch can... More

This is supposed to be a big five stars hotel with all facilities... From the moment you enter the lobby you can feel the cheap decoration and fake imitation to ottoman style. Rooms don't give any other impression it is big but tasteless and awkward. In my room the hot water was going on and off for seconds it is... More

This hotel is a massive complex built for upper and upper middle class Turkish families to come and relax in the spa "resort" type atmosphere. The spa is extensive with tons of pools indoors and out, messages of every type and a ton of health type products. The gym in nice, there is a special game room for children and... More

This hotel is really situated in the middle of nowhere (although some holiday villages seem to be built around it), but not especially well indicated from every direction to approach it. It is situated outside the city, and given the price paid it is also a bit a pity not to use the hotel and its facilities. They are very... More

My husband and I have stayed twice at the Ottoman Palace and we will certainly return. The first time, we chose a small suite on the 6. floor, which is a bedroom with separate living room. The living room has no windows and a tiny flat screen whereas the larger one is in the bedroom, a bit strange. Maybe it... More

The Ottoman Palace is maybe located in an inconvenient place if you only want to visit Antakya center but it is worth the distance (only 15 km.)... The hotel is surrounded by green fields (it was a treat to watch a horse and her baby from my window) which is a relief after the hectic traffic in the center of... More

I visited Antakya in mid October 2011. Though I spent very little time in the hotel I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, rooms and room service excellent and you have free wireless Internet all over the hotel.I did not have any other meal than breakfast but the breakfast was wonderful.

The location of the hotel is a little bit out of the way from the main city which was not a problem at all. Reception staff were kind and friendly and did a quick check in. The room was very spacious offering a classical Turkish style atmosphere. The bed wasn't as comfortable as it looked but was clean. The blanket... More
