I chose this hotel hoping it was all inclusive, room service available, clean, comfortable, for swimming pools and kid's room facilities. It turned out to be the worst experience in my life for this sort of money. First night my kids were severely bitten by insects, later it happenned again in spite of disinsectants. When my family and i got into the hotel it occured that there were no free rooms in the main building, so we had to sleep one night in a villa.In the villas there's no even a hint on an air conditioning.It makes sounds but not more.Aircond. doesn't work better even in the main building.Moreover there's a locked door in... more
