The hotel is large but we were the only English there apart from one couple and it definitely caters for the East Europeans / Russians. There are a lot of children, even at the 'relaxing pool'. We, my husband, daughter and myself, cannot understand the complaints about this hotel. All the staff spoke at least a little english, some were more fluent, especially the bar and restaurant staff who were a friendly lively bunch.
