This is definitely one of my favorite places in manila. The staff are very friendly and patient, flexible to accommodate me whatever time i arrive. Breakfast is prepared in a very homey fashion, no frills but made with simplicity and sincerity. The place is located in a residential area, so its relatively quiet, except for the sound of the planes... More

The pick-up service worked very well, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. The rooms of the B&B are large with nice air-condition, including a bathroom ensuite with a hot, strong shower. Sharon took care of everything while I visited, no matter what extra wishes I had. I also enjoyed a very nice dinner at the B&B... More

Well first the location isn't the best, because it is inside a subdivision, so there are no shopping malls or shopping opportunities near. The price is quite ok - the house and the garden are secure, silent and clean. The workers are really friendly. We took a room for our family - 2 Adult - 2 Kids - 1 dog... More

The staff is very friendly and are interested in making your stay pleasurable. Breakfasts are very good and they are served out on the veranda. The common area is lovely and the yard spacious. A number of comments mention that the B&B is difficult to find. We had no problem because we got directions from the proprietors before hand. It... More

Casa Joaquin is lovely place. Very nice villa with violet rooms and white furniture and two awesome ladies who are taking care about you every single minute. BUT...the place.. We took a taxi at the airport..our driver asked the other colleague where it is (so we guess he knows) and we started the journey.....we lost twice?! I really thought he... More

After a very long flight (14hrs) we arrived in Manila and just wanted to go to Casa Joaquin and take a shower and have a rest. But: the taxi driver had absolutely no idea where to find it. We had the right address, but we ended up driving around in paranaque for 2hrs. However, our stay was very nice. the... More

I am sorry but I can't say anything regarding this B&B besides the fact that literally no taxi driver (we asked about ten of them!) was able to bring us to this place (although I have to admit that I hardly know another city in the world where taxi drivers have such problems to find places). At the end and... More

Yes, we recognize the relative difficulty in finding our BnB. We hail it as a quiet suburban place where middle class Filipinos live. Nevertheless on our website you will find (1 an interactive map pinpointing our location (2) turn by turn driving directions from the airport and other locations and (3) a sketch showing the way to the place. The... More

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Joaquin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, especially the sheets. The airport transfers were well worth it (700p for pick up and 500p for drop off). In particular they made sure I got to the airport in time for my flight the next morning (there were big queues outside... More

I arrived at this hotel at 12:30AM after 24 hours of traveling from the US. I was a little worried because when I arrived, the gate was locked and there were no lights on. However, after I rang the bell, I was quickly greeted by a friendly woman who showed me into the lobby. I had the "pink room" (according... More
