Stayed at this location for two days while laying over in Manila. I had a late check-in. There was some confusion with the shuttle service prearranged to pick up from the airport. It took quite a while but the driver finally showed up. The fee for round trip service to the airport was reasonable. no problems there. There was however... More

I really felt that I was in the middle of the road. The room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep during the whole night. There are a lot of movement and noisy outside and I heard everything. If you want to rest, better to find another place. The good thing is that they provided pick-up service from and to... More

Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean but the t.v. is old which i don't mind that much coz i don't watch tv also. Everyone is friendly except for the staff in the restaurant in the ground floor. I was not able to avail the free breakfast because our flight is early, i hope they can just give... More

We checked in for 1 night only since our flight is on the next day. The room rate was a bit expensive, we got the Premier type of accommodation, it has toiletries like fresh towels, soap, and tooth brush, but no slippers. No complimentary bottled water. I need to buy bottled water at 7 eleven which is walking distance. My... More

Pros: Use this hotel for overlay only! Manila has 4 terminals quite far apart, and traffic jams can be horrific, and this hotel is close to all terminals. Cons: My bed had bedbugs and the traffic-noise outside is horrifying. I booked and payed (in advance) the airport transfer which never showed up, even though I had been in email contact... More

The lady on the evening shift was rude and unfriendly upon check in. The hotel is located in the red light district in Manila with lots of seedy clubs and bars around. The rooms where old and outdated and no wifi available besides in reception. No hot water either. Not worth the high price. Nothing good about the hotel at... More

We have recently stayed twice on this hotel. Our first experience was awful, so we hoped for it to be much better the second time around. It was better, but just barely. On our first stay, we contacted the hotel by e-mail three days prior to our arrival, as to allow the staff to organize our complimentary airport pick-up. They... More

We spent one night there as our fight left the next morning. I would well recommend this hotel to anyone needing a short stay as they wait to fly out. Comfortable rooms. Hot water in the shower and a tasty restaurant for breakfast. They have airport transfers as well and the staff was friendly and helpful.
