We've stayed 10 days in this small and beautiful hotel (20-30.07) and it was our best ever vacation experience. The hotel is owned by a German family and we felt their care throughout our stay. We'd say you feel yourself rather not like in a hotel but like a a guest of Anke and Rolf. Our room was next to... More

Nice location.Friendly staff. Very clean room, good mattress and decent bathroom.Lovely garden with swimming pool. I have found a long hair in my lunch, although the quality of the food is average. The receptionist organized 2 excursions - on the first the driver couldn't speak a word of English - on the second we were assured that we would have... More

We had 2 rooms at the first floor. The room is spacious and clean.mthe bathroom is functional, and halfopen. Nothing special but good enough. In former reviews there where some complaints about mosquitos. We had some, but not more then anywhere else on Bali. Maybe we where lucky, or the owners the owners did something about the problem. No klamboo... More

Our room was on the ground level and we had the most beautiful indoor/outdoor washroom facilities. It was fabulous to shower beside a wall of living green. The room was a good size and there was a front porch with chairs to sit outside also. The lush and beautiful landscaping provided ample privacy. The small restaurant also surprised us by... More

nice though simple little hotel with good clean airco rooms, good beds, fridge, big bathroom although after showering (no problem with hot water for us) it was a complete waterballet. nice little pool with lovely sunbeds, bright towels and served with drinks and spring rolls. going out you have the beautiful lagoon full of lotus and lots of birds and... We are regular 4 & 5 star travelers...and opted for a 4 night stint here, based on a chance visit here in 2011. This is a very pleasant, unpretentious hotel, with German owners who care about their clients. It is clean neat, tidy, the linen was crisp and clean. The rooms were relatively spacious, furniture new and solid, with an... More

We had very high expectations for this hotel after reading the reviews. It looks very pretty but that's all good I can say really... Our room had multiple holes in it and my husband got badly bitten by insects at night. There is practically no hot water in the shower - I couldn't wash my hair and had to use... More

This small hotel/bungalow is overlooking the lagoon and from the second story you can just see the ocean only 100 metres away. It is a lovely respite from the busy road bisecting Candidasa. The rooms were absolutely sound proof, with both upstairs and downstairs having open bathrooms. Bed linen was new and crisp. Staff were very pleasant, room was super... More

In search for a perfect beach we came to Candidasa and found by chance this peaceful and friendly hotel. The stuff is more than helpful and caring - and as a base for snorkeling and diving its the perfect place to be. The pool in the middle of a green and flowing garden gives the possibility to cool down and... More
